Abstract: A phase shifter, a phase shift degree compensation device, and a phase shift degree compensation method are provided. The phase shifter includes a first substrate and a second substrate that are oppositely arranged, a resonant circuit, a signal line, and a first alignment layer are on a side of the first substrate facing the second substrate, a conductive layer and a second alignment layer are on a side of the second substrate facing the first substrate, a liquid crystal layer is between the first alignment layer and the second alignment layer, and the resonant circuit is configured to detect an actual equivalent dielectric constant of the liquid crystal layer.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a display substrate and a display device. The display substrate includes a base substrate, a plurality of data lines and a plurality of pixels arranged in an array on the base substrate, each of the data lines extends along a column direction, the pixels in a single column are connected to one single data line of the data lines, any two data lines of the data lines connected to adjacent columns of the pixels constitute a pair of data lines, any two adjacent pixels in each row of the pixels constitute a pair of pixels, each pair of data lines pass through one row of any two adjacent rows of the pixels by extending between two pairs of pixels, and pass through another one row of the two adjacent rows of the pixels by extending between two pixels of one pair of pixels.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of display, and discloses an array substrate, a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device. The manufacturing method of the array substrate comprises: forming a first active layer, a material of which is polysilicon; injecting ions at least into an area to be doped of the first active layer to form a doped area, which is utilized to be electrically connected to corresponding source electrode and drain electrode; forming a second active layer, a material of which is an amorphous metal oxide; and after injecting ions at least into the area to be doped of the first active layer and forming the second active layer, performing an activation process to activate the ions injected into the first active layer and to convert the material of the second active layer from an amorphous state to a microcrystalline state.

The display substrate includes a substrate and an electroluminescent layer on the substrate. The display substrate further includes a first reflective electrode layer, a buffer layer and a second reflective electrode layer sequentially formed on a side of the electroluminescent layer distal to the substrate. The buffer layer is provided with a first hollow region, the second reflective electrode layer is provided with a second hollow region, an overlapping region between the first hollow region and the second hollow region is configured to transmit light emitted by the electroluminescent layer. The present disclosure can detect the light-emitting brightness of each sub-pixel in the organic electroluminescent layer in real time to improve light-emitting efficiency.
