Abstract: A battery pack includes a controller, a battery core, a liquid leakage detector, and a pre-charge switch. The liquid leakage detector is connected with the controller, and the liquid leakage detector is configured to send a liquid leakage signal to the controller when detecting that liquid leakage occurs in the battery core. The controller is configured to prohibit sending a pre-charge on signal to the pre-charge switch upon receiving the liquid leakage signal while receiving a start signal for starting the battery core. The pre-charge switch is configured to prohibit connection of the pre-charge voltage end and the power output end when not receiving the pre-charge on signal, to prohibit the battery core from outputting a pre-charge voltage through the power output end.

Abstract: A battery cover plate assembly includes a cover plate, an electrode terminal, a current interrupt structure, and an arc extinguishing portion. The electrode terminal is disposed on the cover plate and includes an electrode inner terminal and an electrode outer terminal. The electrode inner terminal and the electrode outer terminal are electrically connected through the current interrupt structure. The current interrupt structure is capable of disrupting the electrical connection between the electrode inner terminal and the electrode outer terminal under the action of a gas pressure. The arc extinguishing portion is configured to reduce an electric arc generated when the current interrupt structure disrupts the electrical connection between the electrode inner terminal and the electrode outer terminal. When the electrical connection between the electrode inner terminal and the electrode outer terminal is disrupted, an arcing effect is generated due to high voltages at positive and negative electrodes of the battery.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a single-cell battery, a battery module, a power battery, and an electric vehicle. The single-cell battery includes a case, a battery cell accommodated in the case, an electrode terminal electrically connected to the battery cell, and a cover plate for sealing the case. The electrode terminal is disposed on the cover plate. The electrode terminal includes a battery post passing through the cover plate and electrically connected to the battery cell with an internal guide member. The single-cell battery further includes a current interruption device mounted on the battery post. The current interruption device includes a flipping member in communication with gas inside the case. The flipping member is connected to an outer end surface of the battery post with a connection point. The connection point is configured to be disconnected under action of air pressure.
