摘要: A heating device is provided with plates stacked one on top of another. At least one first fluid channel is formed in a fluid-tight manner between a first plate package with a first and a second plate. An electrical heating element is arranged between a first plate of the first plate package and an additional plate. The electrical heating element is accommodated between the two plates in a sealed manner and is electrically insulated, wherein an inlet-side and an outlet side fluid connection of the first fluid channel is arranged on the second plate of the first plate package. The electrical heating element has a connection device for electrical contacting, which is connected to the electrical heating element and protrudes through a window in the second plate of the first plate package, wherein the fluid connections and the window are arranged adjacent to opposing lateral edges of the second plate.

摘要: A PTC heating module for heating a fluid may include two contact plates between which at least one cuboid PTC thermistor is arranged and at least one contact socket with a contact side. The PTC thermistor may have two main sides disposed opposite each other and defining a thermistor thickness therebetween. The contact side of the at least one contact socket may rest against a first main side of the at least one PTC thermistor and another side may rest against a first contact plate. A geometric contact surface between the first main side and the contact side of the at least one contact socket may be smaller than a geometric surface of the first main side. A clearance distance extending between the two contact plates and a creapage distance extending from the at least one contact socket to a second contact plate may be larger than the thermistor thickness.

The at least one first contact electrode may be in contact with a contact area of the first main surface and the at least one second contact electrode may be in contact with a contact area of the second main surface. At least one of a clearance distance and a creepage distance may be greater than the thickness.

摘要: The disclosure relates to a PTC heating module for heating a fluid and a method for producing such a PTC heating module. The PTC heating module includes a plurality of PTC thermistors having main surfaces disposed opposite to one another and spaced apart relative to one another in a thickness direction. The PTC thermistors are arranged between two contact plates next to one another transversely to the thickness direction and spaced apart relative to one another. The main surfaces of the PTC thermistors are electrically contacted with a contact surface of the two contact plates. An edge side, connecting the upper side and the underside with one another in an edge-side manner, of at least one of the PTC thermistor elements, may be applied to a heat-conducting element, which has a thermal conductivity of at least 5 W/mK. A temperature control device may include at least one such PTC thermistor module.
