    摘要: The invention includes formulated dental filling materials comprising a polymerizable organic plastics material containing inorganic fillers, which filling material comprises at least two pastes in intimate admixture with one another in a paste/paste system in which hardening is initiated by means of a peroxidic initiator and an accelerator, wherein said at least two pastes contain different inorganic fillers with different chemical constitutions such that one of said at least two pastes contains filler with a substantially higher proportion of elements with high atomic number than does the other of said at least two pastes. Also included in the invention is a dental filling pack containing said formulated dental filling materials as well as a method for their use.

    摘要: The invention includes dental materials based on organic plastics in paste form, comprising at least one phase consisting essentially of finely divided, crosslinked plastics which contain copolymerized ester(s) of methacrylic acid to the extent of at least 50% by weight, and the second phase consisting essentially of ester(s) of methacrylic acid to the extent of at least 50% by weight. The materials can be used for making prostheses, crowns, bridges, artificial teeth, dental fillings, etc.

    摘要: A pasty composition for the room temperature crosslinking and curing of a vulcanizable organopolysiloxane, comprising a crosslinking agent for an organopolysiloxane, a curing catalyst therefor, and about 3-40% by weight of the total amount of the pasty composition of active hydrophilic silica as a thickener. The pasty composition may additionally contain up to about 40% by weight of at least one inactive filler. Advantageously, the organopolysiloxane is in one tube and the pasty composition is in another; lengths of material are squeezed out in easily ascertained proportions and are mixed in the presence of water, e.g. water vapor in the atmosphere, the mixture setting to a silicone rubber.

    摘要: A two-phase bead polymer having an average bead diameter of from 10.mu. to 150.mu. comprising(A) 88% to 99.5% by weight of a polymer of polymerized units of at least one methacrylic acid ester containing from 1 to 10 carbon atoms in the aliphatic, saturated alcohol component; and(B) 0.5% to 12% by weight of a polyurethane which has been obtained from (1) at least one dihydroxy compound, (2) a diisocyanate from the group comprising (a) aliphatic diisocyanates having a branched carbon skeleton of 7 to 26 carbon atoms, (b) cycloaliphatic diisocyanates and (c) aliphatic or cycloaliphatic diisocyanates modified by radical graft copolymerization with vinyl monomers, (3) an aliphatic or cycloaliphatic diamine and (4) a monofunctional chain terminator.

The pastes of the invention are outstandingly suitable as a dental filling material.
