    摘要: A method for coating polyimide on liquid crystal display panel includes: (1) providing nozzles and a glass substrate; (2) tightly and regularly juxtaposing the nozzles in a row so that the row has a length that corresponds to width of the glass substrate; (3) vertically positioning the entire row above the glass substrate so as to correspond to the glass substrate along the width of the glass substrate; (4) simultaneously activating the nozzles to allow each of the nozzles to simultaneously drip down polyimide solution according to predetermined flow rate, while moving the glass substrate so as to have the polyimide solution uniformly applied to the glass substrate form a polyimide film; and (5) using a doctor blade to shape the polyimide film that is uniformly coated on the glass substrate so as to provide a regular and flat surface of the polyimide film on the glass substrate.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for assembling and installing an outlet cover for an electrical outlet box. The apparatus includes a base having a rectangular mounting aperture for aperture adapter assemblies. To create the desired cover plate, the appropriate aperture adapters has to be selected and assembled to accommodate the desired standard electrical outlet such as a light switch or socket. A cover is hinged to the base by fitting hinge members on both parts together and thus enables the cover to swing forwardly and backwardly against the base. A planar lever and serrated bar is present on one side wall of the base, which is orthogonal with respect to the hinge axis. By retaining the planar lever at different serration on the serrated bar, the planar lever can hold cover at different height and thus adjusts cover plate assembly openings to accommodate various cord sizes.

    摘要: The present invention provides a base film of modified polyvinyl alcohol as well as a method for preparing the base film of modified polyvinyl alcohol and a polarizer made from the base film. The method includes steps of: (1) executing surface graft modification of nano-silicon dioxides with fluorinated silane to obtain modified nano-silicon dioxide powders; (2) adding the modified nano-silicon dioxide powders obtained from the step (1) to an aqueous solution of polyvinyl alcohol polymers, in order to prepare a composite solution of polyvinyl alcohol polymers; and (3) pouring the composite solution of polyvinyl alcohol polymers prepared from the step (2) onto a surface of a casting substrate to obtain a base film of modified polyvinyl alcohol (PVA). The present invention enhances the heat and humidity resistances and the stability of the PVA base film, and improves its mechanical performance and sticking-resistance.

    摘要: A sealant of a liquid crystal panel and a modification method therefor are disclosed. The sealant contains modified epoxy resins which is formed by a cross-linking and curing reaction between isocyanate-terminated tri-functional monomers and epoxy monomers. The modified epoxy resin has a plurality of trifurcate cross-linking long-chain structures, and each of the trifurcate cross-linking long-chain structures has three isocyanate groups, each of which is flexibly linked to one or more molecular groups of epoxy resin. The modified epoxy resin can enhance the adhesion property of the epoxy resin with surfaces of glass substrates and the stress-and-cracking resistance of the epoxy resin, while it can efficiently prevent from the miscible material problem between the epoxy resin and the liquid crystal material, so as to relatively lower the possibility of contaminating the liquid crystal material.
