An integrated circuit plasma processing system, apparatus and method for reclaiming material, such as a plasma precursor and potentially useful components among their byproducts, from plasma-enhanced exhaust of a plasma process chamber for subsequent reuse in the chamber. The apparatus provides a recycle feedback loop for a plasma process chamber that provides the high purity materials necessary for microelectronic applications. Since the apparatus is in-situ, no byproducts that are not already present are possible. Accordingly, the apparatus guarantees purity of the recycled material. In addition to cost savings, the invention provides an environmentally friendly plasma process chamber and apparatus with very little production of waste.

A device for the generation of energy and in particular electrical energy includes a cell or chamber which moves upwardly and downwardly in a body of water. Cog wheels are connected to the cell. The cog wheels are connected to the shafts of generators. Rotation of the cog wheels operates the generators which produce energy. The cog wheels engage anchor chains or vertical supports. One end of each anchor chain is secured to an anchor located at the bottom of the body of water. The other end of the anchor chain is secured to a float which floats at or near the surface of the body of water. The up and down movement of the cell causes the cog wheels to move upwardly and downwardly along the anchor chains and thereby rotate. This rotation drives the energy generator and generates energy, preferably electricity. The cog wheels are permitted to rotate upon the receipt of a request for energy. This results in a highly efficient source of energy or electricity.

The binaural hearing instrument system may include communications circuitry that is used to transmit data between left and right hearing instruments. The left and right hearing instruments may include binaural processing circuits that generate left and right audio output signals, respectively, as a function of the signal-to-noise ratios (SNRs) of both the left and right audio input signals. The data transmitted between the left and right hearing instruments by the communications circuitry may be used to provide the SNR of the left audio input signal to the right hearing instrument and to provide the SNR of the right audio input signal to the left hearing instrument. In one example, the data transmitted between the left and right hearing instruments may include audio signals that may be used to determine the SNRs of the left and right audio input signals.

A side tone suppression circuit generates a side tone suppression signal in response to the amplified microphone signal. This side tone suppression signal is used to reduce excessive side tone from the telephone base. The apparatus and methods disclosed may be utilized for the scratch/mar testing of various materials and components that provide improved correlation between the simulated damage modes and those reasonably expected to be encountered by the final components. The apparatus includes both a fixture configured for receiving and holding the material under test (MUT) and a tool holder that is arranged and configured for supporting and holding a variety of test tools in one or more orientations relative to the MUT. The tool holder and/or the fixture are, in turn, supported by one or more assemblies arranged and configured for bringing the tool into contact with the MUT and providing for movement of the tool relative to the MUT. The apparatus is then used for collecting data from a series of tests that can be used to compare the performance of different MUT compositions and configurations.
