    摘要: A fan motor structure includes a fan frame, a rotor, at least one magnetic element, and a stator. The fan frame includes a frame body and a frame cover that are closed to each other to define a receiving space between them; and a shaft seat mounted on a bottom of the frame body to locate in the receiving space. The rotor includes a hub rotatably connected to the shaft seat, and a plurality of blades outward extended from an outer surface of the hub. The magnetic element is connected to each of the blades in a continuous manner or in a discontinuous manner. The stator is arranged in the receiving space between a bottom of the frame body and the blades. With the fan motor structure, a fan can have increased air intake, produce more air flows and be assembled with reduced time and labor.

    摘要: An oil-retaining bearing fan structure includes a fan base seat, an oil-retaining bearing and a fan impeller. The fan base seat has a bearing cup on one side. At least one magnetic member is enclosed in the bearing cup. The magnetic member serves to apply a magnetic attraction force to a shaft of the fan structure to make the shaft quickly restore to its optimal operation position so as to reduce wear and lower the noises and vibration of the fan structure in operation. Therefore, the lifetime of the fan structure can be prolonged.

    摘要: A bladeless fan structure includes a driving member, a pipe member, and at least one air-pressure increasing area. The driving member has a shaft connected and extended through the pipe member, and a first space is formed between an inner surface of the pipe member and an outer surface of the shaft. The air-pressure area is provided on the inner surface of the pipe member or the outer surface of the shaft. The pipe member is provided with at least one opening communicating with the first space and the air-pressure increasing area. When the driving member drives the shaft to rotate in and relative to the pipe member, air in the first space is brought to flow and is compressed in a direction along the air-pressure increasing area to blow out of the pipe member via the opening to achieve the function of a bladeless fan.

    摘要: A control device for fluid pressure and flow direction includes a fan and a frame member. The fan has an inlet and an outlet and the frame member provides at least a first opening and a second opening at two lateral sides thereof. A middle solid part is disposed in the frame member extending to the second opening from the first opening in a way of gradual convergence. A flow passage is formed between the middle solid part and the frame member with an end thereof at the second opening side being greater than the other end at the first opening side. Therefore, the fluid is controlled to increase or decrease the pressure thereof, decrease noise and flow direction.

    摘要: An oil return structure for fan includes a base, a bearing, a retaining ring and a rotor. The base has a bearing cup internally defining a receiving space for receiving the bearing therein. The bearing has a centered and axially extended shaft hole. The retaining ring is located at a front end of the bearing and has a central hole. The rotor includes a hub and a shaft. The shaft is extended through the central hole of the retaining ring into the shaft hole of the bearing, and is provided with an annular groove corresponding to the retaining ring. Oil in the bearing flowing to the annular groove during fan operation is centrifugally pulled out of the shaft and then caught by the retaining ring, from where the oil returns to the bearing. Therefore, loss of oil from the bearing is largely reduced to ensure extended fan service life.

    摘要: A fan device capable of increasing air pressure and air supply includes a frame, a first blade wheel, a second blade wheel and a guide flow part. The frame is a hollow casing to define a flow passage with a first air port and a second air port available for air passing through. The guide flow part is held with a support in the flow passage and a driving device is received in the support. The first blade wheel with first fan blades and the second blade wheel with second fan blades are disposed in the flow passage next to the support for being driven by the driving device. The number of the first fan blades is more than that of the second fan blades. Once the first and second fan wheels are in operation, air induced by the fan wheels is guided by the guide flow part and air pressure and air supply of the fan system are increased substantively due to number of the first fan blades being greater than that of the second fan blades.
