    摘要: An image forming apparatus includes a main body memory, and a controller. A second upper limit information stored in the main body memory indicates an upper limit of a printable page number that the image forming apparatus is allowed to print in a state where the image forming apparatus is in an off-line state. A printed page number information stored in the main body memory indicates a printed page number printed in the off-line state. The controller is configured to: increment the printed page number information by one in a case where the one sheet of paper is printed on one side printing; and increment the printed page number information by two in a case where the one sheet is printed on double-sided printing. The controller is configured to determine whether the printed page number information is greater than or equal to the second upper limit page number.

    摘要: In an information-processing device, a memory is configured to store setting information including an operation setting for the information-processing device. A controller is configured to perform: acquiring; determining; allowing; importing; and encrypting. The acquiring acquires import authentication information including a device password for the information-processing device while a removable storage medium storing import setting information is connected to an input-output interface. The determining determines whether the device password matches a preset device password of the information-processing device. The allowing allows, in response to determining that the device password matches the preset device password, the import setting information to be imported. The importing imports the import setting information from the removable storage medium into the memory as the setting information. The encrypting encrypts the import authentication information using the device password to create encrypted import authentication information and stores the encrypted import authentication information into the removable storage medium.

    摘要: An image reading device causes an image reader to read an original document and generate image data, which is stored in a storage with a data name. The image reading device obtains lists of data names regarding image data stored in a plurality of external devices, respectively. It is determined whether the data name of the image data stored in the storage is included in the lists received from the plurality of external devices. The image data stored in the storage is transmitted to all the plurality of external devices when the data name of the image data stored in the storage is not included in any of the lists received from the external devices. When the data name of the image data stored in the storage is included in at least one of the lists as received, the image data is not transmitted to anyone of the external devices.

The printing device is configured to operate either in a contract mode or in a normal mode. The housing is configured such that one or more consumables including a first type consumable and a second type consumable are attachable. The first type consumable is dedicated for the contract printing, and the second type consumable is usable for printing in both the contract mode and the normal mode. The controller is configured to activate the contract mode in response to an activation instruction from the server. In a case where the second type consumable is attached to the housing when the contract mode is activated, the controller changes a state of the printing device to a contract printing state in which the contract printing is activated after activating the contract mode.
