    摘要: In a magnetic cartography process and apparatus, measurements are performed by magnetic field sensors placed in "fish" moved in the area to be mapped. Gradients are determined on the basis of the difference between the measurements supplied by two sensors at the same time, this applying to any pair of sensors, and/or on the basis of the difference between the measurements supplied by the same sensor at two different times, this applying to any sensor, which leads to at least one map of gradients which is broken down into a map of regional field gradients and a map of local field gradients. On the basis of the local field gradients, a determination takes place of the geological field relative to the area, or the gradients of the field and then the local field, by adding the geological field to the regional field determined on the basis of its gradients by an inversion and direct calculation method.

    摘要: A process for the extraction of a time-variable useful signal having a finite spatial extension by an array of N sensors or transducers (N being equal to or greater than 3), that receive the useful signal to which have been added q spatially coherent additive noises (q being less than N). According to the process, unprocessed signals are acquired on the output of each sensor, filtered in order to restrict them to the frequency band of the useful signal and digitized. Then, spatial prediction error signals of the noise are calculated and analyzed so as to carry out the detection of the useful signal and its separation from the q additive noises. A device for extracting a useful signal according to the process is also disclosed.

    摘要: A method for localizing a person in surroundings equipped with fixed electrical appliances includes measuring an electromagnetic field radiated by one or more of these fixed electrical appliances with a magnetometer carried by the person, identifying a fixed appliance operating near the magnetometer by comparing the measured field with pre-recorded magnetic signatures. Each pre-recorded magnetic signature is associated with an electrical appliance present in the surroundings. The person is then localized at least in part based on pre-recorded items of information that correspond to localization, in the surroundings, of the fixed electrical appliance as identified by its magnetic signature.
