The present invention provides a liquid crystal display driving device including a reference gray voltage generator for generating a plurality of reference gray voltages, and a data driver for generating a plurality of gray voltages based on the plurality of reference gray voltages and applying a data signal that is generated by selecting a gray voltage corresponding to m-bit video signals applied from the outside from among the plurality of gray voltages to the pixel The data driver includes: a voltage generator for selecting a first gray voltage and a second gray voltage corresponding to bit values of (m−k) bits from among the video signal from among the plurality of gray voltages, and outputting the first and second gray voltages; an output voltage generator for outputting 2k voltages determined as one of the first and second gray voltages corresponding to bit values of k bits from among the video signal; and an output voltage amplifier for generating the data signal by combining the 2k voltages, and applying the data signal to a plurality of pixels. According to the present invention, a liquid crystal display having a small cost and area can be realized.

The input unit is coupled between a first power source for supplying a first voltage and a second power source for supplying a second voltage, receives a first input signal and a second input signal, and is controlled by the first and second input signals. The bias unit receives a bias voltage for operating the input unit, and includes a first node and a second node controllable by the input unit. The output unit applies an output voltage to a pixel by using a first output transistor turned on/off by a signal applied to the first node and a second output transistor turned on/off by a signal applied to the second node, and the first output transistor is a different type to the second output transistor. In this instance, the input unit includes a first input transistor having a first terminal coupled to a first power source and being turned on/off by a first input signal and a second input transistor of the same type as the first input transistor, having a first terminal coupled to the first power source, and being turned on/off by a second input signal. The bias unit includes a first transistor controllable by the on/off state of the first input transistor and a second transistor controllable by the on/off state of the second input transistor.

The spaces between outer water walls and inner water walls makes a cylindrical space which contain fires and avoids making a fire that produces nitrogen oxides due to high temperature induced from a concentrated flame.

    摘要: Disclosed is a low power and high density source driver and a current driven active matrix organic electroluminescent device having the same, in which all elements operate at a normal voltage and all circuits of the source driver are shielded from a high voltage of a panel. The source driver includes: a shift register for generating an enable signal for storing data; a data latch circuit for storing digital data inputted from an exterior; a line latch circuit for sequentially storing the data in response to the enable signal and outputting the stored data in parallel at one time in response to a load signal; a current type digital-to-analog converter for converting the digital data outputted from the line latch circuit into an analog signal, the analog signal being outputted in a form of a current signal; and a high voltage shield circuit for transferring the output of the current digital-to-analog converter to source lines of an external panel and for shielding internal circuits from a high voltage of the panel. The shift register, the data latch circuit, the line latch circuit, the current type digital-to-analog converter and the high voltage shield circuit are driven at a normal voltage.

According to the method and apparatus, as a result of the searching method reducing a search time, acquisition of a refined carrier frequency as well as fast acquisition of a signal is enabled, thereby allowing a precise initial value to be provided to a signal tracking unit.
