    Abstract: A cap for coupling to a medical adapter may include a housing with a closed top end and an open bottom end with legs that extend from the housing away from the bottom end. Members may extend from an inner surface of the legs to engage and secure the cap to a medical adapter or an insert configured to mate with a medical adapter. A cap may include angular ridges between a cap housing and an insert to permit rotation of the cap in single direction and prevent removal of the cap from a medical adapter.     Abstract: An exemplary vial adapter may include a moveable member, an elongated member with a first passage, a second passage coupled to an expandable first reservoir, and a third passage coupled to an expandable second reservoir. In a first orientation of an exemplary vial adapter, a fluid may be directed through the first passage into the first reservoir or the second reservoir. In a second orientation of an exemplary vial adapter, a fluid may be drawn through the first passage and a fluid drawn through an air passage into the second passage. In a second orientation of an exemplary vial adapter, a fluid may be directed through the first passage and through the third passage into the second reservoir. In a first orientation of an exemplary vial adapter, a moveable member may be activated to direct a fluid from the second reservoir through the third passage.

    Abstract: Described is a priming device to prime a gas from a fluid delivery system. A housing defines a fluidly coupled chamber and an inlet and includes a surface extending circumferentially outward from a longitudinal axis of the priming device and disposed between the chamber and the inlet port. An opening extends from within the chamber through the surface to outside the housing for gas to exit the chamber and a valve extending from the inlet port toward the chamber. The valve seals the inlet port and in an open position the valve does not seal the inlet port. A cover body has an open first end to couple with a male luer connector and an open second end to couple with the inlet port of the housing and disposed along the longitudinal axis, wherein the cover body is moveable relative to the housing.

    Abstract: Described is a priming device to prime a gas from a fluid delivery system by receiving the gas and a fluid used to push the gas into a chamber, the priming device including a cover body having a lid, and a housing having a chamber, an inlet port and an opening to release gas received into the chamber. The device has a priming-ready configuration where the medical connector and the housing are coupled with the cover body, and the fluid path of the medical connector and the passage of the housing remain sealed, a priming configuration where the medical connector is advanced in the cover body to fluidly couple with the housing, and a post-priming configuration where the housing is decoupled from the cover body and the lid closed to prevent contamination of the medical connector.
