    摘要: A method of producing a shaped object includes preparing a formation sheet that includes a base and a thermally expansive layer that is laminated on a first main surface of the base, the thermally expansive layer containing a binder and a thermal expansion material; laminating, onto a second main surface on a side opposite to the first main surface of the base or onto the thermally expansive layer, a thermal conversion layer in predetermined pattern, the thermal conversion layer converting first electromagnetic waves into heat; and causing the thermally expansive layer to expand in a pattern that corresponds to the predetermined pattern by irradiating the formation sheet on which the thermal conversion layer is laminated with the first electromagnetic waves and second electromagnetic waves that cause the binder to become cross-linked.

    摘要: A thermally expandable sheet includes a base, a thermally expansive layer, and a color adjustment layer. The thermally expansive layer is provided on a first side of the base and includes a thermally expandable material that distends in accordance with an amount of heat absorbed, the heat being generated from a thermal conversion layer that includes a thermal conversion material that converts electromagnetic waves to heat. The color adjustment layer is provided on at least one of the thermally expansive layer and a second side of the base and includes a color adjusting agent. When the thermal conversion layer is provided on the color adjustment layer, the color adjustment layer reduces a visual difference in color between a first region where the thermal conversion layer is provided and a second region where the thermal conversion layer is not provided.

    摘要: A shaped object includes a thermally expandable sheet including (i) a base, (ii) a thermal expansion layer disposed on a first surface of the base and including a thermally expandable material, and (iii) a thermal conversion member disposed on at least one of a second surface of the base or the thermal expansion layer, and including a thermal conversion material for conversion of electromagnetic waves into heat. The thermal conversion member further includes thermal conversion layers disposed on an entire region corresponding to an expansion region for expansion of the thermal expansion layer. At least part of one of the thermal conversion layers is disposed at a location separated from an adjacent other thermal conversion layer. Upon expansion of the thermal expansion layer, (i) the thermal expansion layer partially peels away from the thermal expansion layer in a region where the thermal conversion layer is disposed, and (ii) the thermal expansion layer also expands in a region between the one thermal conversion layer and the other thermal conversion layer.

    摘要: A production method for a shaped object includes preparing a formable resin sheet that includes a base made from a resin, and a thermally expansive layer provided on a first side of the base and containing a thermally expandable material, a thermal conversion layer forming step of forming a thermal conversion layer that contains an electromagnetic wave heat conversion material that converts electromagnetic waves to heat on a first side of the formable resin sheet, an electrically conductive layer forming step of forming an electrically conductive layer on a second side of the formable resin sheet, and an irradiating step of, after forming the thermal conversion layer and the electrically conductive layer, irradiating the thermal conversion layer with the electromagnetic waves to cause the thermal expansive layer to distend and cause the base to deform in accordance with the distension of the thermal expansive layer. The thermal conversion layer and the electrically conductive layer are formed such that at least a portion of the electrically conductive layer is opposite at least a portion of the thermal conversion layer, with the base and the thermally expansive layer interposed therebetween.
