    Abstract: A robot that is a performance information acquisition device includes a microphone, a communicator, and at least one processor. The controller determines whether or not the communicator is capable of communicating with an external device with a performance information transmission function in a case where the microphone acquires a performance sound, acquires performance information from the external device via the communicator when the communicator is capable of communicating with the external device, and acquires performance information by analyzing the performance sound acquired by the microphone in a case where the communicator is incapable of communicating with the external device.
