    摘要: A communication management resource receives notification of a registration request associated with user equipment present in a wireless network environment. In response to receiving the registration request, the communication management resource executes a roaming management function on behalf of the user equipment. Via the roaming management function, the communication management resource manages roaming of the user equipment in the wireless network environment. Using an SoR type mechanism as described herein allows a PLMN/SNPN operator to control their subscribers to what roaming SNPN network that they should select/reselect during wireless registration and at any time after registration based on the type of wireless services.

The communication management resource resides in a second private wireless network to which the user of the user equipment is a member. The request requests use of services provided by the second private wireless network to connect the user equipment to a remote communication device. In response to receiving the request, the second private wireless network retrieves a unique network identifier value assigned to the first private network. Via the unique network identifier value, the communication management resource detects that the first private wireless network is associated with the second wireless network. Based on the association, the communication management resource support communications between the user equipment and the remote communication device.

The first communications received over the first wireless network can include a message indicating a pending incoming call available over a second wireless network (which potentially supports voice/call communications). In response to receiving the message indicating the pending incoming call, the mobile communication device is operated to receive second communications (such as a paging signal) from over the second wireless network. For example, the mobile communication device listens for a paging signal from the second wireless network further indicating the pending incoming call. If desired, an operator of the mobile communication device can accept the incoming call via a second wireless communication link to the second wireless network.
