摘要: The present disclosure provides a display substrate, a display module and a display device. The display substrate has a display region and a test pad region disposed on a side of the display region, and includes: a base; at least one pad disposed on the base and located in the test pad region; a first spacing layer disposed on a side of the pad away from the base; and a plurality of support parts and at least one test signal line, which are located in the test pad region, the support parts and the test signal line are disposed on a side of the first spacing layer away from the base, one end of each test signal line is connected to one pad, and the other end of each test signal line is configured to be connected to an array test device; and at least two of the plurality of support parts are arranged along a first direction which intersects a direction pointing to the test pad region from the display region, each of the support parts has a support end away from the base, and the support end projects from a surface of the test signal line on a side away from the base.

摘要: A liquid crystal light-control panel includes a first array substrate and a cover plate opposite to each other, and a plurality of support pillars disposed between the first array substrate and the cover plate. The first array substrate includes a first substrate and a plurality of transistors disposed on the first substrate. The cover plate includes a second substrate and a light-shielding layer, including a plurality of first light-shielding blocks in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of support pillars and a plurality of second light-shielding blocks in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of transistors, disposed on the second substrate. An orthographic projection of the support pillar onto the first substrate is within an orthographic projection of the corresponding first light-shielding block onto the first substrate. An orthographic projection of the transistor onto the first substrate is within an orthographic projection of the corresponding second light-shielding block onto the first substrate.

摘要: A manufacturing method for an array substrate includes: providing a base substrate which includes a display area and a wiring area located at a periphery of the display area; in the process of forming a connection electrode in the wiring area, remaining a first photoresist layer for performing the patterning process and covering the connection electrode; and then depositing a film of reflective pixel electrode layer on the base substrate and performing a patterning process on the film of reflective pixel electrode layer to form a reflective pixel electrode layer in the display area and to remove the film of reflective pixel electrode layer in the wiring area to expose the first photoresist layer; then removing a second photoresist layer for patterning the thin film of reflective pixel electrode layer on the reflective pixel electrode layer along with the first photoresist layer in the wiring area.
