The present invention relates to the well drilling field in petroleum industry, in particular to an additive composition suitable for viscosity reduction of oil-based drilling fluids, an oil-based drilling fluid and use thereof. The double-block copolymer mainly consists of a block A and a block B, wherein, the block A is composed of structural units represented by formula (1), the block B is composed of structural units represented by formula (2), and the number-average molecular weight of the block A is 1,500-10,000. The double-block copolymer provided in the present invention can be used as a viscosity reducer in oil-based drilling fluids, especially can be used as a viscosity reducer in high-density clay-free oil-based drilling fluids, and can greatly decrease the apparent viscosity and plastic viscosity of oil-based drilling fluids in high-temperature and high-pressure reservoir while maintaining appropriate shearing force, so as to increase the drilling rate and reduce drilling difficulties.

The present invention relates to the well drilling field in petroleum industry, in particular to a nano-hybrid lubricant and method thereof, and oil-based drilling fluid. The lubricant comprises: graphite oxide and a biquaternary ammonium salt compound of which the cation part is represented by formula (1). The present invention also provides a method for preparation of the lubricant and an oil-based drilling fluid containing the lubricant. The lubricant provided in the present invention can be comprehended as a nano-hybrid material. Thus, oil-based drilling fluids that contain the lubricant provided in the present invention have lower lubrication coefficient and excellent lubricating property without or with little negative impact on rheological property of the oil fluid, and the lubricant provided in the present invention has excellent thermostability thus suitable for use in operation at a high temperature.

The present subject matter relates to a dimer acid-organic amine copolymer, comprising structural units from a dimer acid, structural units from an alkyl amine, and structural units from an aromatic amine, wherein, the dimer acid is a dimer of oleic acid and linoleic acid, the alkyl amine is one or more of C10-C20 alkyl primary amines, and the aromatic amine is one or more of aniline and aniline with one or more sites on the benzene ring substituted by C1-C3 alkyl. The present subject matter provides a shearing strength improving agent for water in oil emulsion drilling fluids and a drilling fluid containing the shearing strength improving agent. The shearing strength improving agent provided in the present invention can be used to significantly improve the yield point, ratio of yield point to plastic viscosity, gel strength of water in oil emulsion drilling fluids even in a small concentration, and is applicable to water in oil emulsion drilling fluids that contain or don't contain organic clay.

The polymeric super-amphiphobic agent comprises structural units A derived from acrylamide, structural units B derived from methyl methacrylate, structural units C derived from butyl acrylate, structural units D derived from a compound represented by the following formula (1), structural units E derived from a silane coupler, and nano-titania; wherein the nano-titania is bonded to the polymeric super-amphiphobic agent via the structural unit E, and the silane coupler is a silane coupler having double bonds; R is a C3-C8 perfluoroalkyl group. A water-based drilling fluid additive prepared from the polymeric super-amphiphobic agent in the present invention has excellent wettability, inhibition, lubrication, reservoir protection, and rheology and fluid loss properties.

A super-amphiphobic composite material and use of the same as an inhibitor, lubricant, reservoir protectant, and accelerator in water-based drilling fluids. A method for preparing the amphiphobic composite material includes: performing a first mixing of nano-titanium dioxide and nano-silicon dioxide in an alcohol-water mixed solvent under an alkaline condition, to obtain a dispersion of nano-titanium dioxide and nano-silicon dioxide; then introducing a fluorosilicone-containing coupler into the dispersion of nano-titanium dioxide and nano-silicon dioxide and performing a second mixing. The amphiphobic composite material may be applied in water-based drilling fluids. It has an effect of strongly inhibiting hydrated swelling and disintegration, low toxicity and high compatibility; can solve problems such as well wall instability, blockage of drilling tools, and reservoir damage, etc.; and has long-term practical value in complicated wells such as extra-deep wells, horizontal wells and extended reach wells, and in mud-bearing shale formations.
