Abstract: Provided is a wheel spinning die wherein the plurality of identical slide blocks are connected end to end to form a circular ring, and the slide blocks are inserted into an annular groove between the side wall of a circular groove at the upper end of the lower die and the central connecting block; during spinning, each arc flange is clamped at the joint of an outer wheel lip and a rim under a spoke; and during die releasing, the slide blocks can move up and down together with the vertical movement of a wheel blank, so that the problem of releasing of a reverse draft die at the joint of the cold spinning wheel rim and the outer wheel lip can be solved, wheel damage caused by die releasing can be eliminated, and the yield and production efficiency of wheels are improved.

Abstract: A temporary storage and separation device for the wheels on the track line includes a main body bracket, a rotating mechanism, a turntable, a first connection rod, a second connection rod, a third connection rod, a fourth connection rod, a first blocking lever, a second blocking lever, a third blocking lever and a fourth blocking lever. The temporary storage and separation device for the wheels makes use of the turntable to drive the four blocking levers disposed at different positions to be extended or contracted to realize separation and temporary storage of the wheels in a transfer process; and meanwhile, photoelectric switches, reversible motors and a control unit cooperate with the temporary storage and separation device for the wheels to realize reversible transfer on the wheel transfer track line.

Abstract: The disclosure discloses a spinning process of a magnesium alloy wheel hub, which comprises the following steps: step 1, heating a magnesium alloy bar at 350-430° C. and keeping the temperature for 20 minutes; step 2, initially forging and forming on the bar under a forging press, wherein the forging down-pressing speed is 6-15 mm/s; step 3, finally forging and forming on the bar under a forging press, wherein the forging down-pressing speed is 5-8 mm/s; step 4, stress relief annealing on the final forged magnesium alloy blank; step 5, solid dissolving on the annealed magnesium alloy blank; step 6, taking out the solid-dissolved blank and directly spinning by a spinning machine; step 7, heating treatment and aging treatment. The magnesium alloy wheel hub with excellent performance is obtained by the process, and the spinning process and processing efficiency are greatly improved.
