摘要: An agricultural work machine and a method for operation an agricultural work machine are disclosed. The agricultural work machine includes a driver’s cab with an interior space spatially partially delimited by a front window and at least one side window, a driver’s seat arranged in the interior space, an input device for entering input by an operator, a visualization system for visualizing information for an operator sitting on the driver’s seat, and a control device which is communication with the visualization system. The control device controls the visualization system in such a way that process information relevant to the selected work process is visualized.

摘要: A method for executing an agricultural work process on a field by means of a group of agricultural work machines. The work machines each have work assemblies which are adjustable with machine parameters for adapting to the respective agricultural conditions. The work machines of the group communicate with one another via a wireless network. The work machines of the group are configured as self-optimizing work machines which each have a driver assistance system for generating and adjusting machine parameters in an automated manner. These machine parameters are optimized with respect to the agricultural conditions. The work machines of the group cooperate collectively in the manner of a virtual work machine.

摘要: An agricultural work machine for processing an agricultural work process, having numerous working units (1-5) and having a driver assistance system (10) for controlling the working units (1-5) according to at least one user-side specifiable work process strategy (A), which is aimed at fulfilling at least one quality criterion (Q), wherein the driver assistance system (10) comprises a memory (11) for storing data, and a computing device (12) for processing the data stored in the memory (11), wherein the driver assistance system (10) has a graphical user interface (14), via which at least a portion of the work process strategy (A) can be specified by a user. It is proposed that competing quality criteria (Q) that are weighted in relation to one another in accordance with a weighting variable (G) are entered into the work process strategy (A), and that the weighting variable (G) is visualized and can be specified by a user via a virtual operating element (16-19) of the graphical user interface (14).

The agricultural production machine has a driver assistance system and a sensor assembly and performs an agricultural task in a local context. A determination routine the driver assistance system uses the strategy specifications as input parameters of the instruction for use to determine the optimized machine parameters optimized with respect to the strategy specifications as output parameters of the instruction for use, wherein the strategy is parameterized with initial strategy parameters at the beginning of the execution of the agricultural task. The driver assistance system uses strategy parameters as the initial strategy parameters that have already been optimized by at least one agricultural production machine in a similar local context.

摘要: An agricultural harvesting machine has a cutting apparatus formed as a header for cutting and picking up crop of a crop stand, an inclined conveyor downstream of the cutting apparatus and in which a temporal layer height flow is adjusted, and a driver assistance system for controlling the cutting apparatus. The driver assistance system has a computing device and a sensor arrangement with a crop sensor system for generating crop parameters of the crop stand and a layer height sensor for generating the temporal layer height flow. The computing device simultaneously generates the cutting apparatus parameters of the cutting table length, horizontal reel position and vertical reel position so as to be adapted to one another and conveys them to the cutting apparatus to implement a harvesting process strategy in ongoing harvesting operation.

摘要: A sensor system for counting elements of a flow of harvested material is disclosed. The sensor system comprises an oscillating circuit and a measuring device, wherein the oscillating circuit comprises at least one capacitive component with a capacitance and an inductive component with an inductance. The oscillating circuit has a resonance frequency which depends on the capacitance and the inductance. Further, the capacitive component is positioned in the region of the flow of harvested material, so that the capacitance is influenced by individual elements of the flow of harvested material. The measuring device is configured to determine the resonance frequency of the oscillating circuit. In this way, the sensor system is configured to deduce at least one property of the particular element of the flow of harvested material from the resonance frequency of the oscillating circuit.

摘要: An agricultural harvester is disclosed. The agricultural harvester includes a cutting unit that has a cutting table adjustable in its cutting table length, a reel adjustable to a reel vertical position and reel longitudinal position, an inclined conveyor downstream from the cutting unit, and a driver assistance system. The driver assistance system autonomously determines, using at least one input variable, at least one machine parameter and specifies the machine parameter to the cutting unit. The machine parameter can include one or more of the cutting table length, the reel vertical position, or the reel longitudinal position. In particular, the driver assistance system may determine a harvested material throughput and a vibration coefficient describing the fluctuation in the harvested material throughput in a region lying in front of the threshing system and adapt or modify the cutting table length based on the determined vibration coefficient.

摘要: A method for operating a combine harvester configured with a number of working assemblies driven by at least one belt drive, and a ground drive, wherein the at least one belt drive and the ground drive are driven by a main drive comprising an engine, monitors for and accommodates slip. The working assemblies are monitored by sensors with respect to an occurrence of slip in the at least one belt drive. Signals representing slip are transmitted to a control device. The control device is connected to an input/output. The signals representing the slip are evaluated by the control device and the result is weighted. Depending on the weighting of the result, at least one measure is initiated by the control device, which results in a reduction of the slip and the at least one initiated measure is signalled by the input/output unit.
