摘要: An aftertreatment system for a work vehicle includes: a fluid injector configured to inject a treatment fluid; a selective catalytic reducer (SCR) substrate; and a mixer fluidly coupled to the fluid injector and the SCR substrate and including at least one scroll defining a scroll open area and configured to receive a flow of exhaust gas and the treatment fluid. The mixer has a fixed wall and a plate displaceably coupled to the fixed wall, the plate being associated with the at least one scroll such that a change in a flow rate of exhaust gas into the at least one scroll passively causes displacement of the plate to adjust a size of the scroll open area.

Additionally, the system may include a pressurized fluid source configured to supply pressurized fluid to the nozzle. The pressurized fluid received by the nozzle is expelled from the nozzle and directed through the air intake screen.

摘要: A system for controlling an airflow supplied to a cabin of a work vehicle may include a housing defining a mixing chamber and a recirculating chamber isolated from the mixing chamber. The mixing chamber is configured to receive fresh air via a fresh air inlet and recirculated air via a first recirculated air inlet, with the fresh air being mixed with the recirculated air within the mixing chamber to create a fresh/recirculated air mixture that is supplied through a mixed air outlet. The recirculating chamber is configured to receive recirculated air via a second recirculated air inlet and supply the recirculated air through a recirculated air outlet. Additionally, the system may include a gate movable relative to the first recirculated air inlet to adjust an amount of recirculated air supplied to the mixing chamber, and an actuator configured to actuate the gate relative to the first recirculated air inlet.

摘要: In one aspect, an air intake system for a work vehicle may generally include a fan shroud, a fan disposed within the fan shroud, an intake duct for receiving a portion of the air drawn through a front grille of the work vehicle by the fan and a filter assembly in flow communication with the intake duct. The filter assembly may include a pre-cleaner defining a scavenge port. The system may also include an aspiration conduit coupled to the scavenge port and an aspiration scoop extending between an inlet end and an outlet end. The inlet end may be coupled to the aspiration conduit. The aspiration scoop may extend through a portion of the fan shroud such that the outlet end is positioned within the fan shroud at a location upstream of the fan. The outlet end may include an outlet opening defined by at least one curved wall.

摘要: A mixing conduit for use within an exhaust treatment system of a work vehicle. The mixing conduit is configured to receive engine exhaust and a mixture of engine exhaust and reductant. The mixing conduit includes an outer tube and an inner tube within the outer tube. Each tube extends lengthwise from upstream ends to downstream ends of the inner and outer tubes, respectively. The inner tube includes an exterior surface, and the outer tube includes an interior surface. The inner tube defines an inner flowpath within the inner tube. The outer tube and inner tube also define an outer flowpath radially between the exterior surface of the inner tube and the interior surface of the outer tube. The mixing conduit further includes one or more swirler vanes extending radially between the exterior surface of the inner tube and the interior surface of the outer tube and within the outer flowpath.

The headliner includes a noise-reflective material and a noise escape region that comprises at least one opening configured to allow sound waves to pass through the noise escape region into the at least one layer of noise-deadening material and reduce noise reflection by the headliner to the operator chair.
