Abstract: A quantum device includes multiple spin qubits, multiple electrometers, each being capacitively coupled to one of the spin qubits, multiple injection-locked oscillators, each being coupled to one of the electrometers and designed to transmit an excitation signal to the electrometer to which it is coupled, each excitation signal having a different frequency, an amplification circuit comprising at least one amplifier, wherein the device comprises a feedback loop coupling the output of the amplification circuit to an input of each injection-locked oscillator and through which an injection signal flows, each injection-locked oscillator being designed to receive the injection signal and, as a function of the injection signal, maintain or decrease its excitation signal.

Abstract: A multi-injection phase-summing circuit includes an oscillator having a natural frequency of oscillation F0, a reference injection interface circuit controlled by a reference synchronization signal at a reference frequency and at least one additional injection interface circuit controlled by a secondary synchronization signal at the reference frequency, each injection interface circuit having a variable injection parameter, the secondary synchronization signals each being phase shifted with respect to the reference synchronization signal, the oscillator being configured to generate an output signal at the reference frequency and phase shifted with respect to the reference synchronization signal by a phase shift dependent on a sum of the respective phase shifts of each secondary synchronization signal with respect to the reference synchronization signal, said sum being weighted by the injection parameters.

Abstract: A detecting device configured to detect chemical or biological species in a given environment, includes a matrix-array sensor formed from opto-mechanical discs that are optically and mechanically resonant, able to bind to species of the environment, and arranged in rows and columns. The opto-mechanical discs of a given row are optically coupled to the same optical waveguide. Actuating electrodes are provided in order to ensure the mechanical resonance of the opto-mechanical discs. One p-n junction is associated with each opto-mechanical disc, the junctions of a given column being electrically connected to the same biasing electrode, so as to block the flow through the corresponding opto-mechanical disc of a parasitic electrical current. A control circuit is configured to forward bias, during a time window of read-out of a disc of interest, the p-n junction of a disc of interest so as to place, via a thermo-optical effect, its resonant wavelength at a working wavelength, such that an optical signal propagating through the optical waveguide associated with the disc of interest is amplitude modulated.
