Abstract: The present application relates to a battery pack. The battery pack comprises: two or more battery modules, each of the battery modules comprising a plurality of battery cells which are stacked in sequence, wherein each of the battery cells is provided with an explosion-proof valve; the battery pack further comprising a thermal alarm device and a battery management system, wherein the thermal alarm device is arranged corresponding to the explosion-proof valve; the thermal alarm device and the battery management system are connected to form a circuit; and a break of the circuit can be caused when the explosion-proof valve is exploded. The present application provides the thermal alarm device, and when thermal runaway occurs in the battery module, a circuit break is formed between the thermal alarm device and the battery management system, thus the thermal runaway status of the battery pack can be accurately reflected.

Abstract: This disclosure provides a battery module and a battery pack. The battery module includes: a battery set including a plurality of batteries arranged in an array, each of the batteries includes an explosion-proof valve; a cover plate disposed on the battery set; and a thermosensitive assembly disposed between the battery set and the cover plate, the thermosensitive assembly being connected with the cover plate, the thermosensitive assembly including a thermosensitive wire, and thermosensitive wire can provide a prompt signal indicating that the explosion-proof valve of the battery is burst. The battery module according to embodiments of the present disclosure can accurately and effectively transmit the information regarding thermal runaway occurring in the battery to the outside, such that the battery module has a performance of alerting the thermal runaway.

Abstract: This application provides an output electrode assembly including a circuit board, a connector, an output electrode connecting sheet and a fastening base. The battery module includes: a plurality of battery cells stacked in sequence, the plurality of battery cells being provided with vents; and a circuit board arranged above the plurality of battery cells. The circuit board is provided with a temperature sensing device, and a position of each of the temperature sensing device corresponds to positions of the vents. The temperature sensing device is connected to a battery management system to form a circuit, and the circuit is disconnected when any one of the vents is blasted.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a battery module, which can include a plurality of batteries, a positioning bracket, a circuit board, a thermistor and a fixing cover plate. The positioning bracket can be affixed onto the batteries and includes a first opening. The circuit board can have a main body portion disposed above the positioning bracket and a mounting portion located below the main body portion, the mounting portion can be contained in the first opening and supported on a battery of the plurality of batteries. The thermistor can be affixed on the mounting portion of the circuit board. The fixing cover plate can tightly press the mounting portion of the circuit board in the vertical direction to fix the mounting portion to the battery.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a battery module comprising a circuit board, the circuit board comprises a conductive layer, a first pad and a second pad. The conductive layer is formed with a sampling circuit, the sampling circuit comprises: a sampling end portion; an outputting end portion; a first branch path formed with a first fusing zone; and a second branch path formed with a second fusing zone. The first pad is provided on the sampling end portion, the second pad is provided on the second branch path. When the first fusing zone is fused, the circuit board can be quickly repaired by means of the second branch path and the second pad to electrically connect the sampling end portion and the outputting end portion, thereby achieving the purpose of reusing the circuit board, therefore the entire battery module is not scrapped and the utilization of the battery module is improved.
