摘要： An electrode core encasing apparatus includes a main power mechanism, a housing fixing mechanism, an encasing mechanism, and an electrode core fixing mechanism. The housing fixing mechanism is disposed on one side of the encasing mechanism, which is located between the housing fixing mechanism and the electrode core fixing mechanism. The encasing mechanism includes an encasing mechanism body and an XY floating slide block. Two ends of the XY floating slide block are connected to the main power mechanism and the encasing mechanism body, respectively. The XY floating slide block is configured to drive the encasing mechanism body to slide freely relative to the main power mechanism, so as to adjust a relative position between the housing and the electrode core. The main power mechanism is configured to drive the housing fixing mechanism and the encasing mechanism to move to sleeve the electrode core into the housing.

The detection method includes: receiving an image of a product to be detected, and detecting a position of a preset feature point on a cover plate based on the image, where the product to be detected includes a connection piece and a cover plate, the connection piece is located on the cover plate and covers a partial region of the cover plate, and the preset feature point is located in a non-edge region on the cover plate that is not covered by the connection piece; obtaining a position of the cover plate in the image based on the position of the preset feature point and a size of the cover plate; and obtaining a position of the connection piece in the image based on the image.

摘要： Provided are an appearance detection method and apparatus for a bare cell, a computer device, a computer-readable storage medium, a computer program product, and an appearance detection system for a bare cell, where the method includes: obtaining a cell picture of the bare cell by shooting, the cell picture being obtained by shooting in alignment with positions of tabs on an edge of the bare cell; determining a detection object in the cell picture; and performing appearance detection based on the detection object to obtain detection result information. The cell picture is obtained by shooting in alignment with the positions of the tabs on the edge of the bare cell, such that imaging of cell edges is parallel light reflection imaging.
