    摘要: A rail vehicle bogie traction device is provided, which includes a center pin and two traction rubber bag assemblies. Each of the traction rubber bag assemblies includes a traction rubber stack and a rubber bag, the rubber bag is filled with fluid, and a pressure of the rubber bag is settable. The traction rubber stack is connected to the rubber bag. The center pin is fixed on a lower surface of a vehicle body chassis bolster. Each of the two traction rubber bag assemblies has one end connected to the center pin, and another end connected to a cross beam of a rail vehicle frame. The rail vehicle bogie traction device has nonlinear characteristics, which may effectively transmit a longitudinal load, and may also prevent high-frequency vibration of the frame from transmitting to the vehicle chassis bolster and the vehicle body via the traction device.

    摘要: An inserted connection member for a train connector includes an insertion needle, an insulator, a disconnection preventing pad and an extrusion block. The insulator is sequentially provided with a positioning hole and an inserted connection hole in an axial direction. The insertion needle includes a line connecting segment, a positioning segment and an inserted connection segment which are connected sequentially, the line connecting segment and the positioning segment are arranged in the positioning hole. The disconnection preventing pad and the extrusion block are both sleeved on the line connecting segment, and the disconnection preventing pad includes a pad body and a boss arranged on the pad body. Thus, the insertion needle is ensured to maintain a stable contact even when the train is running at a high speed, and a disconnection preventing effect of the insertion needle is achieved.

An equipment compartment is formed between a vehicle body bottom plate at the bottom of a vehicle body and a passenger room floor, and the aerodynamic lift control device is provided in the equipment compartment; the aerodynamic lift control device comprises an aerodynamic lift regulation fan and aerodynamic lift air ducts, and an aerodynamic lift regulation air port located within the aerodynamic lift control range is formed in the vehicle body bottom plate; one end of each aerodynamic lift regulating air duct communicates with the aerodynamic lift regulation air port, and the other end communicates with the aerodynamic lift regulating fan; and the aerodynamic lift regulation fan changes the pressure distribution form of the bottom of the train by blowing positive pressure airflow or sucking negative pressure airflow.

    摘要: A system and method for suppressing serpentine instability of a railway vehicle, comprising a serpentine warning and control module for determining whether a bogie is in a state of serpentine instability; a traction motor speed control system for controlling a rotation speed of a traction motor according to a determination from the serpentine warning and control module; a signal output end of the serpentine warning and control module is connected with the traction motor speed control system. In the present disclosure, it extracts the serpentine characteristic wave from the transverse acceleration of the bogie and calculates the vibration non-linear index according to the extracted serpentine non-linear characteristic to judge whether the bogie is in a state of serpentine instability, and controls a direct torque of the traction system through the DTC control module.

    摘要: A phase-change energy storage air duct of an automobile air conditioning system. A phase-change energy storage unit (2) is configured inside an air duct (1) of an air conditioning system. By means of phase-change heat absorption or release, residual heat in the air is absorbed, and the heat is released to air with a lower temperature, so that energy is recycled to achieve energy saving. The temperature of air entering a room or a carriage is kept stable, and thus the user experience is improved. When the air conditioning system fails, the phase-change energy storage unit (2) can still utilize stored cooling capacity or heat to cool down or heat up air in the air duct, so that a supply of air can be kept stable for a period of time, and thus the user experience is improved. The present application also relates to an automobile air conditioning system.
