    Abstract: A roller clamp assembly for adjusting the fluid flow rate in a flexible infusion tube is provided. The roller clamp assembly includes a housing to receive the flexible tube, a plate slideably engaged with the housing and configured to rapidly compress the flexible tube to provide a coarse fluid flow adjustment, and a roller wheel moveable engaged with the housing and configured to provide a gradual fluid flow adjustment. The plate may be a slide plate received by grooves in an exterior wall of the housing, where the plate moves orthogonally to the flexible tube, or the plate may be a shim plate that moves along an interior wall of the housing in parallel to the flexible tube. Infusion sets and methods of adjusting fluid flow rates are also provided.

    Abstract: A medical connector can include a body having a fluid path with an inlet port, an outlet port, a luer portion, and a post extending through a fluid path. An arm having a latch member is coupled to the body to engage a ridge or thread on an exterior surface of a reciprocal connector. The arm may also include an extension. When the connector is in an open position, the latch member restricts retraction of the reciprocal connector from the outlet port. A seal is coupled to the body and includes a flap extending across the outlet port or a bellows to compress along an axis. In a closed position, the post restricts flow through the luer portion. In an open position, the post permits flow through the luer portion.

The flow stop base includes a base wall, at least one pincher guard, a tubing guide, a pincher recess, a pincher protrusion, and a base extension.     Abstract: An exemplary vial adapter may include a moveable member, an elongated member with a first passage, a second passage coupled to an expandable first reservoir, and a third passage coupled to an expandable second reservoir. In a first orientation of an exemplary vial adapter, a fluid may be directed through the first passage into the first reservoir or the second reservoir. In a second orientation of an exemplary vial adapter, a fluid may be drawn through the first passage and a fluid drawn through an air passage into the second passage. In a second orientation of an exemplary vial adapter, a fluid may be directed through the first passage and through the third passage into the second reservoir. In a first orientation of an exemplary vial adapter, a moveable member may be activated to direct a fluid from the second reservoir through the third passage.
