    摘要: An access admission control method and system for and SAE/LTE system is provided for determining whether to accept or reject an access of a User Equipment (UE) to a Home evolved Node B (HeNB) based on the subscriber information of the UE. In an access admission control method according to the present invention, a HeNB or HeNB Gateway (HGW) transmits, when an access request message is received from a UE, the access request message to a Mobility Management Entity (MME) together with a CSG ID of the HeNB, and the MME determines, whether to accept or reject the access of the UE to the HeNB based on whether the CSG ID is contained in a white list associated with the UE.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a mobile communication network, and more particularly to a method for the allocation and registration of a suitable generic access network (GAN) controller for the location of a terminal when the terminal moves in the mobile communication network. The mobile communication network comprises: a terminal, which transmits the location information thereof to the mobile communication network, makes a new request for GAN controller information under instructions from the mobile communication network and performs GAN registration again based on the GAN controller information provided from the mobile communication network; a mobility management entity, which receives a location registration request from the terminal, changes WCDMA/GSM location information from the location information of the terminal in the current LTE service area and sends the changed information to the terminal, instructs the terminal to do GAN re-registration and notifies the GAN controller of the change in the location information of the terminal; and the GAN controller, which processes the GAN registration from the terminal and assigns suitable GAN control information for the current location of the terminal.

    摘要: A local breakout session establishment method and apparatus in an Evolved Packet System (EPS) is provided for an HeNB to efficiently route local IP packets. A local breakout service method for a wireless communication system including a macro evolved Node B (eNB) and a Home eNB (HeNB) having a Packet Data Network (PDN) gateway (PGW) and a serving gateway (SGW) includes selecting, at a Mobility Management Entity (MME), the PGW of the HeNB and transmitting a Create Default Bearer Request message to the HeNB in response to a local breakout service request message including a local breakout Access Point Name (APN); assigning, at the HeNB, an IP address to a user equipment transmitted the local breakout service request message and transmitting a Create Default Bearer Response message including a Tunnel Endpoint Identifier (TEID) to the MME; transmitting a Bearer Setup Request message including the TEID from the MME to the HeNB; and configuring, at the HeNB, a radio bearer with the user equipment and routing data transmitted by the user equipment through the radio bearer to an Internet Protocol (IP) network by means of the internal PGW.

The system includes user equipment, a femto subscriber information storage, a core network entity or a macro base station or a serving base station. The femto subscriber information storage stores a list of femto base stations that allows the access of user equipment, i.e., an accessible list. The core network entity or the macro base station receives and stores the accessible list. When any of the user equipment requests a handover toward a femto base station as a target base station, and the target base station is included in the accessible list stored, the core network entity or the macro base station requests a handover toward the target base station. A method for performing a handover to the core network entity and the macro base station is also provided.

A serving gateway, connected with a specific femto cell, or an additional server determines whether there is a need for a redirection of the femto cell by using a load condition of the serving gateway or a target gateway. If the redirection is determined, the femto cell receives redirection instructions from the serving gateway to the target gateway and then the redirection is performed. Since the femto cell is redirected from the overloaded femto gateway to another femto gateway, the femto cell can continuously provide a communication service to user terminals.
