This coaxial cable allows stable transmission of signal even at a high frequency.

    摘要: A foam coaxial cable includes a central conductor; an inner skin layer surrounding the central conductor coaxially; an insulation layer surrounding the inner skin layer coaxially and made of polyethylene resin containing a plurality of foam cells uniformly formed therein; wherein the inner skin layer is made of polyolefin resin having excellent compatibility with the polyethylene resin to increase an interfacial adhesive force with the insulation layer, an outer skin layer surrounding the insulation layer coaxially to prevent overfoaming of the insulation layer and allow uniform creation of foam cells; a shield surrounding the outer skin layer coaxially; and a jacket surrounding the shield. This cable improves an interfacial adhesive force between the central conductor and the insulation layer and also improves the degree of foam of the foam cells, thereby capable of propagating ultra high frequency of GHz level without signal interference.

    摘要: An apparatus and a method for separating a cull from a molded part including a chip mounted on a tape circuit board are provided. The apparatus includes a cull support block for supporting a cull and a cull holder for clamping the cull. The cull holder is disposed above the cull support block. The apparatus further includes a frame support block for mounting a molded part and a frame holder for pressing the molded part against the frame support block to fix the molded part thereon. The frame support block is hinged on a first axis near the cull support block. The frame holder is hinged on a second axis near the cull support block. The apparatus also includes a pressing means configured to move downward against a distal end of the frame holder to cause the frame support block and the frame holder to rotate about the first and second axes, respectively, to separate the cull from the molded part.

    摘要: The present invention provides a robust control method for maintaining a melt level at a constant value in a mold in a twin roll strip casting process. In the twin roll strip casting process, whether using a stopper system (3), which is provided in a tundish (2) to supply melt into the mold, or using a camera system, which measures the melt level in the mold, the robust control method of the present invention controls the melt level both using an advanced controller, which controls, at an initial stage of the casting process or when a disturbance arises, the target value of the melt level such that the target level corresponds to the performance characteristics of the melt level control system, and using a feedback controller, which maintains the melt level at a constant value under normal casting conditions.
