Abstract:
A driving method for LCD panels is disclosed, wherein the driver circuit includes multiple data line drivers and at least two gate line drivers, and the first gate line driver produces a normal image with sequential line scanning starting from the beginning of a frame, and the second gate line driver produces a dimmed image starting from a predetermined number of lines below at the same time to emulate one full sweep across a CRT. Therefore, a dimmed image is inserted into every digitized image, where a dimmed image is defined to be a digitized image with each pixel having a fraction 1/N of the original pixel value. The LCD panel drive using this driving method achieves performance closer to the impulse approach used in CRT displays, and the flickering phenomenon can be significantly rectified.
Abstract:
A shift-register circuit. The shift-register circuit has a plurality of shift-register units connected in series. Each of the shift-register units generates first and second pulse signals, wherein the first pulse signal is an output signal of the shift-register circuit and the second pulse signal is a trigger signal of a subsequent shift-register unit. A LCD panel driving circuit using the shift-register circuit is also disclosed.
Abstract:
An angle-adjustable support includes a base, a carrier and a pivot mechanism. The base includes a sidewall and a bottom. The sidewall has a first pivot and a second pivot. The pivot mechanism pivotally connects the carrier with the base. The pivot mechanism has three working states. The carrier is locked when the pivot mechanism works in a first working state. The carrier is capable of pivoting relative to the base in a clockwise or anticlockwise when the pivot mechanism works in a second working state. The carrier is free to rotate when the pivot mechanism works in a third working state.
Abstract:
A driving method for LCD panel is disclosed, wherein the driver circuit includes multiple data line drivers and at least two gate line drivers, and the first gate line driver produces a normal image with sequential line scanning starting from one area, and, the second gate line driver produces a dimmed image starting from anther area at the same time, but a predetermined number of unused lines are always maintained in between, until all the gate lines are finished to emulate one full sweep across the CRT. Therefore, a dimmed image is inserted into every digitized image, where a dimmed image is defined to be a digitized image with a fraction 1/N of the original pixel value. The LCD panel drive using this driving method can be brought much closer to the impulse approach used in CRT displays, and the flickering phenomenon can be significantly rectified.
Abstract:
An overdrive accuracy adjustment device and method for use in a liquid crystal display panel is presented. According to a current grayscale value of a pixel in an awaiting to be displayed image and a previous grayscale value of the corresponding pixel in an already-displayed image, the corresponding overdrive grayscale value is found from a look-up table. In order to more efficiently use the limited storage capacity of the look-up table as well as improve the accuracy of the overdrive, in accordance with the physical characteristics of the liquid crystal display panel in particular (in particular to the grayscale values which often require the overdrive), the gap size between the current grayscale values and/or the gap size between the previous grayscale values may be adjusted in the look-up table, without having to increase the quantity of the overdrive grayscale values stored in the look-up table.
Abstract:
The invention provides a TV structure which can arrange its outer components to fit the cabinets size accommodate the largest screen and maintain the best audio and visual quality and design by refitting the screen, loudspeakers, sound box and stand.
Abstract:
An electronic device hanging mechanism aims to hang an electronic device on a mounting rack mounted onto a wall. The hanging mechanism includes a holding dock located in the case of the electronic device and a bracing strut movably coupled on the holding dock. The bracing strut is extendable outside the holding dock at a hanging position to be hung on the mounting rack to hold the electronic device, and received in the holding dock and hidden in the case of the electronic device at a holding position to maintain the appearance of the electronic device.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a liquid crystal screen display method, such that when displaying the images each composed of the temporal sequence of frames on the liquid crystal screen, the darkening frames are inserted between the said frames, and each darkening frame is darker than the previous frame.
Abstract:
A method of signal processing to deal with said gray-scale response speed of brightness of a screen panel by measuring voltage measured values for over driving (called shortly as OD measured values), making tables of the OD measured values, then obtaining four corresponding tables of OD shrunk values from the above tables of the OD measured values by a mode of shrinking, and obtaining OD enlarged values by using a functional operation equation. The method suits a color display device such as an LCD panel; a plasma television set (PDP), a display of a thin film transistor (TFT) or an organic light emitting diode (OLED or PLED).
Abstract:
A method for tracing at least one domain name is disclosed. In the method, several DNS resource records of candidate domain names are queried from at least one DNS name server. The candidate domain names are domain names that need to be traced. Internet Protocol (IP) addresses associated with the candidate domain names are retrieved from the DNS resource records of the candidate domain names. At least one external resource server is connected to retrieve corresponding registration information of the respective IP addresses of the candidate domain names. A tracing weight of each of the candidate domain names is calculated according to the DNS resource records, the IP addresses and the corresponding registration information of the candidate domain names. The candidate domain names are traced according to their respective tracing weights. A system for tracing at least one domain name is also disclosed.
