Each of the coil assemblies includes a low voltage coil and a high voltage coil. The low voltage coils are connected together and the high voltage coils are connected together. An encasement comprised of an insulating resin encapsulates the core and the coil assemblies. The encasement includes a substantially annular body and a pair of high voltage bushings extending outwardly from the body. Terminals extend from the high voltage bushings and are connected to the high voltage coils.

摘要： A diesel engine secondary oil filter is formed from a punched tinned steel spiral lock seam center tube, with a flanged cap at one end and a flanged threaded outlet at the other end. A layer of polyester non-woven media is wrapped in one wind around the center tube. A yarn is wound is a 27-diamond pattern in a first yarn section out to two inches outer diameter. The yarn is tied off. Knitted socks are first placed partially on axial ends of the first wound section, leaving half of the socks extending over the ends. A sheet of activated carbon paper about 1/6 of an inch thick and about 52 inches long is rolled onto the filter cartridge with about nine turns. The carbon paper is made of a cellulose paper impregnated with about 50% activated carbon powder by weight. After the activated carbon paper is wrapped around the first wound section, the free ends of the socks are pulled over axial ends of the activated carbon paper layers, and an outer yarn is wound around the activated carbon paper out to a four inch outer diameter. The yarn is a cotton fiber paper fiber blend, in which the paper fibers are created from crushed and torn two inch strips of thin loose fiber paper such as, for example, paper like toilet paper. The cotton and paper fibers are blended, carded and spun into yarn before the winding of the yarn. The inner wound section is made of that cotton paper fiber blend, or polypropylene yarn, or a yarn comprising two strands of cotton paper blend spun yarn and polypropylene yarn.

摘要： An improvement in the large-scale recovery of vancomycin-type glycopeptide antibiotics which comprises (1) commingling the fermentation medium in which the antibiotic is produced with a polystyrene divinylbenzene resin such as Dow XFS-43278.00, (2) separating the resin from the medium and (3) eluting the antibiotic from the resin. This improvement avoids preliminary filtration and pH adjustment of the broth, simplifies waste-disposal problems and eliminates antibiotic losses due to mycelial adsorption and filtration.

摘要： A dry-type network transformer has a core and coil windings insulated by a combustion-inhibiting gas. The combustion-inhibiting gas, core and coil windings are disposed within a hermetically-sealed enclosure. The combustion-inhibiting gas is air, an inert gas or a mixture of gases. The dry-type network transformer may be connected to a network protector. The network protector is further connected to a secondary network. The network protector prevents power from flowing from a secondary network to the primary side of the transformer. The dry-type network transformer is installed in a vault that is underground or at ground level. The dry-type network transformer may be suspended near the ceiling of the vault or installed at the base of the vault.
