With respect to the problem of larger error existed in the existing video image motion processing method, a video image motion processing method introducing global feature classification is provided. The video image motion processing method introducing global feature classification includes the following steps of: extracting local features of pixel points, including local motion features; extracting the global feature of an image; classifying the pixel points according to the obtained local features and the global feature; assigning correction parameters to the obtained types; correcting the local motion features by means of the obtained correction parameters. Another object of the invention is to provide a device for realizing the above video image motion processing method introducing global feature classification. Due to the introduction of the global feature of the video image to be processed for classifying the local motion features of pixel points, and the pertinent correction according to different types, the final local motion features obtained by using the technology scheme according to the present invention is more accurate.
