摘要: An exhaust gas heat exchanger assembly of a cogeneration system including exhaust tubes, through which exhaust gas discharged from an engine passes, a muffler arranged between the exhaust tubes to reduce exhaust noise, and a first exhaust gas heat exchanger and a second exhaust gas heat exchanger respectively arranged at opposite sides of the muffler to perform heat exchange with the exhaust gas passing through the exhaust tubes. In accordance with the exhaust gas heat exchanger assembly, it is possible to reduce exhaust noise, and thus, to achieve a more quiet system operation. In addition, the heat exchangers are arranged in a compact state, so that it is possible to reduce the volume of the cogeneration system and to enhance the utility of the cogeneration system.

摘要: An exhaust gas heat exchanger for a cogeneration system is disclosed. In the exhaust gas heat exchanger, a heat exchanger cover is arranged around a heat exchanger body such that a primary heat medium passage, through which a heat medium passes, is defined between the heat exchanger cover and the heat exchanger body. In the heat exchanger body, a heat medium tube forming a secondary heat medium passage, through which the heat medium emerging from the primary heat medium passage passes, is arranged. Accordingly, the heat medium primarily absorbs heat from the exhaust gas while passing through the primary heat medium passage, and then secondarily absorbs heat from the exhaust gas while passing through the secondary heat medium passage. As a result, an enhancement in heat exchanging efficiency is achieved.

The control method determines whether or not the operation load or power load of an air conditioner corresponds to a load requiring driving of a generator, controls the generator to operate when it is determined that the operation load of the air conditioner corresponds to the generator driving load, controls the air conditioner to operate using electric power generated from the generator when the generator operates normally, and controls the air conditioner to operate using commercial electric power when the operation load of the air conditioner is not the generator driving load or when the generator operates abnormally. Accordingly, there are advantages in terms of economy and safety.

Accordingly, an enhancement in durability and reliability is achieved.

The waste heat of the drive source can be used to heat indoor air present in an indoor space. Accordingly, it is possible to maximize the efficiency of the cogeneration system, and to heat indoor heat without driving a compressor.

In accordance with the cogeneration system, it is possible to maximize engine waste heat utilization, and thus, to achieve an enhancement in heating performance.

摘要: A cogeneration system according to the present invention includes a waste heat supply heat exchanger that supplies waste heat, which is recovered from an engine, to a suction unit side of a compressor. Accordingly, the present invention is advantageous in that it can maximize the use efficiency of the waste heat. Furthermore, a low compression inverter type compressor having a compression ratio of 1.5 to 2.5, which is lower than that of the related art, is used. Therefore, the present invention is advantageous in that it can maximize the efficiency of the system since the waste heat supplied from the waste heat supply heat exchanger can be utilized to a greater extent. The present invention is also advantageous in that it can prevent damage to the compressor and can save consumption power since a difference in pressure between the suction and discharge units of the compressor becomes small.
