摘要： A door lock assembly includes a press button disposed within an inner drive tube and an inner handle. A cam mechanism is provided to associate with the press button and the inner drive tube to rotate the press button when the press button is pressed axially. The cam mechanism includes an inclined cam groove/slot which is formed in one of the inner drive tube and the press button and which extends substantially in a helical direction, and a cam protrusion formed on the other one of the inner drive tube and the press button and extending into the cam groove/slot. A press button rod is connected to the press button for simultaneous rotation with the press button.

摘要： A handle knob assembly comprises a knob shell and a lock retainer disposed within the knob shell. The lock retainer includes a hollow drum portion, a hollow neck part extending rearwardly from the drum portion and projecting out of a rear opening of the knob shell, a lock-receiving hole formed in the drum portion and aligned with a key hole of the knob shell, a plurality of annularly spaced apart and axially extending ribs that project radially from an outer periphery of the drum portion, and a ring extending around the ribs and having a distal peripheral end extending toward an inner surface of the knob shell. The construction as such saves the cost of materials and provides sufficient strength to resist radial compressive forces.

摘要： In a handle-returning device of a cylinder lock assembly, a support base has an inner annular flange and an axial spring-retaining lug. A rotation driver has an inner tubular wall extending into the inner annular flange of the support base, and a spring driving element. A torsion spring is disposed around the inner annular flange and between the support base and the rotation driver, and has a spring leg abutting the spring-retaining lug and the spring driving element. A rotary plate abuts the support base opposite to the rotation driver, and has an engaging part engaging a tongue projecting from the rotation driver. A reinforced structure is thus provided to oppose high torsional stresses produced upon rotation of a lever handle.

摘要： In a cylinder lock assembly, a latch operating tube has an enlarged end portion extending into an outer drive tube disposed in an outer handle. A locking spindle is disposed in the latch operating tube and has a locking tongue extending radially and outwardly through the outer drive tube to interlock with an outer rose when the locking spindle is pressed by a push button to move to a locked state. A locking plate is sleeved around the locking spindle and has a radial locking part to engage a protrusion that projects radially and inwardly from an inner surface of the enlarged end portion so that the locking spindle is locked against movements to an unlocked state when the locking spindle is in its locked state.

摘要： A deadbolt lock device includes a housing having an inner case covered by an outer case, and an adaptor connected to the inner case. The inner case has an annular flange projecting inwardly from an open end thereof in a direction toward the adaptor, and an annular rib projecting transversely from the annular flange. The annular rib defines a through hole receiving a key-operated lock unit. The annular rib has an annular edge surrounding the lock unit and extends inclinedly from the juncture of the annular rib and the annular flange to the annular edge along directions inclining toward the open end. The annular rib is inclined with respect to a plane intersecting perpendicularly an axis of the lock case. The inclined annular rib provides an increased resistance to destructive forces.

摘要： A door lock includes a first driven wheel connected drivenly to a motor and having two resilient driving elements, and a second driven wheel connected drivenly to a rotary handle and the first driven wheel. The second driven wheel has a driven element disposed between and driven by the driving elements so that the second driven wheel moves to a first or second position to place a latch bolt in a latching or unlatching position. When the latch bolt is jammed, the second driven wheel is inoperative. However, as the driving elements are resilient, the first driven wheel can continue its rotation without being obstructed.
