摘要： In a cylinder lock assembly, a latch operating tube has an enlarged end portion extending into an outer drive tube disposed in an outer handle. A locking spindle is disposed in the latch operating tube and has a locking tongue extending radially and outwardly through the outer drive tube to interlock with an outer rose when the locking spindle is pressed by a push button to move to a locked state. A locking plate is sleeved around the locking spindle and has a radial locking part to engage a protrusion that projects radially and inwardly from an inner surface of the enlarged end portion so that the locking spindle is locked against movements to an unlocked state when the locking spindle is in its locked state.

摘要： In a lock handle assembly, a lever handle has a rotary shaft to actuate a deadbolt which latches a door. The angular movement of the lever handle is limited by a mechanism including a rotary plate having radially projecting engaging members and mounted on the shaft, a fixed stop member to limit the forward movement of the rotary plate and a releasable stop member to limit the backward movement of the rotary plate. The shaft of the handle is detachably mounted to a casing by being fitted in a sleeve which in turned is mounted to the casing, thereby facilitating the replacement of the handle of the assembly.

Preferably, a coupling piece extends through an arc-shaped slot in the inner drive tube and interconnects the driven wheel and the spindle.

摘要： Two first engagement members are formed on a first side of a transmission plate of a dual backset deadbolt assembly, while two second engagement members are formed on an opposite second side of the transmission plate posterior to the first engagement members. A first cam drive unit is retained rotatably in a first backset position relative to the transmission plate and is disposed adjacent to the first side. A second cam drive unit is movable between first and second backset positions relative to the transmission plate and is disposed adjacent to the second side. A deadbolt operating spindle of a lock extends through the first and second cam drive units so as to permit engagement of the first cam drive unit with one of the first engagement members in order to actuate the transmission plate when the second cam drive unit is in the first backset position and the deadbolt assembly is adjusted to a shorter backset length. The deadbolt operating spindle extends through the second cam drive unit so as to permit engagement of the second cam drive unit with one of the second engagement members in order to actuate the transmission plate when the second cam drive unit is in the second backset position and the deadbolt assembly is adjusted to a longer backset length.

摘要： A latch bolt operating device incorporating lever handles and rotary plates cooperatively rotatable with the lever handles to control the angle of the rotation of the handles. The device is provided with a simplified privacy lock mechanism to prevent the opening of a door at one side thereof. The lock mechanism is directly mounted to the assembly of the lever handles, thereby eliminating the need of an additional housing to hold the mechanism. One of the rotary plates is provided with a cam face to actuate a lock shaft of the lock mechanism. The lock shaft is telescopic so that the device accommodates door panels of different thickness.

摘要： An improved duplex latch-bolt mechanism is composed of a latch-bolt head assembly and a latch-bolt transfer device adapted to make a selectable connection with a standard latch-handle assembly having a square transfer member and a pair of cylindrical support nuts provided for use in a door fitting arrangement. The latch-bolt transfer device includes: a bolt extracting member with a central open section connected to the latch-bolt head assembly; an upper coupling member and a lower coupling member, connected around the extracting member, each formed with a plurality of selectable openings; a displacement member with a cam through opening ajustably joined with the upper and lower coupling members for being operated to define two selectable positions along with the upper and lower coupling members according to the door fitting arrangement; a cam setting device movably disposed in the open section of the bolt extracting member for being connected to the square transfer member during the performance of locking and unlocking operations; and a transfer locking member disposed on the displacement member for keeping the cam setting device in position.

摘要： An exchangeable cylinder lock includes a plug shell connected to a pin chest. A locking pin is disposed in a radial pin hole in the pin chest and is biased to protrude from an aperture in a cover plate and to engage a lock housing. The locking pin is depressable to retract for disengaging from the lock housing. A locking ring is disposed around the plug proximate to the locking pin, and has at least one indentation. When the plug is rotated using a right key, the locking ring can be rotated to align the indentation with the locking pin so as to permit depression of the locking pin, or to move the indentation away from the locking pin so as to prevent depression of the locking pin.
