    Abstract: A fire extinguisher includes a barrel having a chamber with an opening covered by an upper cover that includes a guide-out passage having a tubular portion with a guide-in groove and an inlet. A guide-out groove is defined above a sealing edge and extends to the outside. A gas inlet unit is mounted to the upper cover and is connected to a high pressure steel bottle. A high pressure gas in the high pressure steel bottle can flow through a gas inlet passage into the chamber. A guide-out unit includes a guiding tube unit connected to the tubular portion and a valve connected to the guiding tube unit. The valve is opened when subjected to a pressure from the high pressure steel bottle. A piston valve normally and sealingly abutting a sealing edge of the tubular portion can be moved to a position in sealing contact with the sealing edge.

    Abstract: A fire extinguisher includes a body including a chamber receiving fire extinguishing powders. An upper cover includes a gas inlet passage and a gas intake in communication with the gas inlet passage. The upper cover further includes a through-hole aligned with the gas intake. A high-pressure steel bottle is coupled to the upper cover. The spring, when not compressed, holds the piercing needle in the gas intake and the through-hole such that the piercing needle will not pierce into a preserved opening of the high-pressure steel bottle. A pressing rod is pivotably connected to the upper cover. A switch handle is operably connected to the pressing rod. If a pin restraining movement of the switch handle is removed, when switch handle is operated to drive the pressing rod to pivot, the piercing needle is actuated by the pressing rod to pierce into the preserved opening of the high-pressure steel bottle.

    Abstract: A method of producing a container product comprises providing a mold including a first part and a second part. The mold is closed to define a cavity having a first area and a second area. A molten plastic composition including a polymer and a physical blowing agent is filled into the cavity. Then, the molten plastic composition in the cavity is cooled, such that the molten plastic composition in the first area is completely cooled and solidifies or a central portion of the first area has micro uncooled molten plastic composition. The second area has the plastic composition in the molten state. The first part of the mold is moved in the axial direction. The molten plastic composition in the second area forms a beehive foam after foaming and expansion. Then, the foamed container product in the mold is cooled to take shape and then removed after opening the mold.
