Abstract:
A nozzle for a spray gun, in particular a paint spray gun, has at least one material nozzle having a hollow portion for the passage of material to be sprayed; a material outlet opening; and a disk element extending radially from the material nozzle and having at least one passage opening. The nozzle has at least one first baffle disk which is arranged on the disk element and has an inner and an outer circumference. The first baffle disk is arranged on the disk element directly, in particular without a sealing element arranged inbetween. The disadvantages that separate sealing elements have to be specially produced and may be lost or damaged, can thereby be avoided. The nozzle according to the disclosure and related nozzle sets, paint spray guns and methods for producing nozzles are functionally reliable, have only few individual parts and a compact design and are quiet.

Abstract:
A dispenser device including a dispenser head (1), an outlet (10); an air expeller (20), and a reservoir (30). The reservoir includes an air inlet (31) connected to the air expeller and a composition outlet (32) connected to the dispenser outlet. The air inlet includes a composition retainer member (40), and the composition outlet (32) is closed by a closure element (50) force fitted in the composition outlet. A mechanical opening system (61, 62) co-operates with the closure element (50) to expel it. The reservoir removably mounted on the air expeller, so that after actuation, the empty reservoir can be removed and replaced. The air expeller is returned to its rest position while an empty reservoir is replaced. A breakable part (70) is assembled on the reservoir and/or the dispenser head and includes an indicator element (71) connected by a breakable bridge (72).
Abstract:
A fire extinguisher includes a body including a chamber receiving fire extinguishing powders. An upper cover includes a gas inlet passage and a gas intake in communication with the gas inlet passage. The upper cover further includes a through-hole aligned with the gas intake. A high-pressure steel bottle is coupled to the upper cover. The spring, when not compressed, holds the piercing needle in the gas intake and the through-hole such that the piercing needle will not pierce into a preserved opening of the high-pressure steel bottle. A pressing rod is pivotably connected to the upper cover. A switch handle is operably connected to the pressing rod. If a pin restraining movement of the switch handle is removed, when switch handle is operated to drive the pressing rod to pivot, the piercing needle is actuated by the pressing rod to pierce into the preserved opening of the high-pressure steel bottle.
Abstract:
A fragrance product is disclosed including a container containing liquid fragrance and a dispenser assembly for dispensing the liquid fragrance including a transport assembly and a tube connected to the transport assembly and extending into the liquid fragrance. The tube and the liquid fragrance each have a refractive index, and the difference between the refractive index of the tube and the liquid fragrance is not greater than about 0.04.
Abstract:
Various spray devices are presented for mixing two media. A device can include a housing, a first supply line for supplying a first medium, a second supply line for supplying a second medium, and a flow channel leading to a nozzle. The first and second media, for example, a gas and a liquid, respectively, can be mixed in various ways. Following such mixing, the mixed media are guided to an outlet nozzle or bore, and ejected. Using injection molding techniques, very fine grooves can be made in an exemplary spray nozzle device, by appropriately fashioning an injection mold. By carefully controlling the size, shape and dimensions of such grooves, and the pressures at which the two media are fed to the spray nozzle device, a correct ratio of air to liquid can be precisely maintained, which is key to obtaining a desired spray or foam as to droplet size, droplet speed, and type of spray, mist or foam.
Abstract:
A powder sprayer includes a sprayer body having a nozzle head mounted on the top side of the bottle cap thereof, the nozzle head having a transverse mounting hole disposed in communication with a vertical through hole of the bottle cap and a guide notch located on the periphery at one end of the transverse mounting hole, and a spraying mechanism having a nozzle tube positioned in the transverse mounting hole, the nozzle tube having a guide block protruded from the periphery thereof and fitting the guide notch of the nozzle head, an axial air passage and a transverse suction hole disposed in communication between the air passage and the through hole of the bottle cap for sucking powder from the powder bottle through a dip tube into the air passage upon passing of a flow of forced air through the air passage.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a perfume spray head with leakproof feature comprising a spraying unit and an annular pad, wherein spraying unit has a holding groove with an aerator, a nozzle and a 1 flow passage, a protrudent docking stem with a locking dented ring as well as a curved anchoring trough and an air inlet, and annular pad has an anchoring hole with an anchoring pin, a docking pit, a perforated positioning hole with a positioning and locking pin, an air intake passage and a flow path connected with a liquid feeding channel, as well as a coupling bushing; Thereby, the spray head is switched into “ON status” or “OFF status” when the spraying unit is turned to the position where the flow passage in or out of alignment with the flow path so that effects in component simplification, assembly easiness and cost reduction are achieved.
Abstract:
This invention relates to pump-action nozzle devices methods of making the same. The nozzle devices of the invention comprises a body which defines an internal chamber having an inlet through which fluid may be drawn into said chamber and an outlet through which fluid present in the chamber may be expelled from the nozzle. The inlet comprises an inlet valve and the outlet comprises an outlet valve. Fluid is dispensed from the dispenser nozzles by applying pressure to an actuator member that engages and resiliently deforms or displaces a portion of the body of the device that defines the chamber, thereby compressing the chamber and actuating the dispensing of fluid. In preferred embodiments, the actuator provides a rigid actuator surface that an operator can apply a pressure to.
