Abstract:
A powered sliding-door system of an automobile with a sliding-door drive device A and an automatic door closer B. The sliding-door drive device A has a box-like case body 1 opening downward, a case cover 2 covering the opening of the case body 1. A pair of guide pulleys are rotatably supported by axes, and each axis stands on the front end and the rear end of the case in slanting posture. A loop of cable is arranged between the pair of guide pulleys so that a working side is arranged outside of the case body and a return side is arranged in the case body. The loop of cable is driven by an motor driven actuator 12.
Abstract:
A clutch comprises an inner rotatable member 1, an outer rotatable member 2 serving as an output shaft, a plurality of rollers 3 serving as torque transmission members disposed between the Inner and outer rotatable members, and a retainer 4 serving as an Input shaft. The retainer 4 Is connected to a motor 7, which serves as an input source, through a wore and wormwheel mechanism 6. A viscous fluid, e.g., a highly viscous fluid 10 such as silicone oil, is sealed In a clearance between the Inner rotatable member 1 and a shaft member 8, and a centring spring 12 is interposed between the inner rotatable member 1 and the retainer 4.
Abstract:
A cable guide which has a simple structure and can be easily assembled is adapted to change the direction of the inner cable which slide and drive the slide door of a vehicle, and includes a pulley case 11 whose upper surface is opened, a pulley 12 housed in the pulley case and pivoted rotatably, and a case cover 13 to cover the upper surface of the pulley case. The pulley case has a fixing portion 15 of the outer casing which slidably houses an inner cable. The fixing portion has grooves of roughly U-shaped cross section. The inner perimeter of the groove has a case protrusion 15a. A cover protrusion 13e is formed in the case cover so as to face the case protrusion.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a cable guide for changing direction of an inner cable for operating a sliding door of a car, comprising a pulley casing having a box shape with an opening at its top and a guide recess at an inner side of its bottom, a slider provided with a sliding plate slidably guided by means of the guide recess of the pulley casing and a shaft extending upward from a top of the sliding plate, a pulley rotatably supported by the shaft of the slider, an urging member urging the slider along the guide recess toward a direction for giving tension to the inner cable, and a casing cover covering the opening of the pulley casing, and being configured so that an inner side of the casing cover and a top face of the shaft are slidable each other.
