摘要: A hydraulic power system for a downhole device, including a first motor, a first hydraulic pump, a second hydraulic pump, a first main oil circuit, a second main oil circuit, a switching control module and a first execution module. The first motor has a first output shaft which drives the first hydraulic pump and has an oil outlet connected to an input end of the first main oil circuit and a second output shaft which drives the second hydraulic pump and has an oil outlet connected to an input end of the second main oil circuit; the first execution module is connected to an output end of the first main oil circuit; displacement of the first hydraulic pump is smaller than that of the second hydraulic pump; and the switching control module is connected between the first main oil circuit and the second main oil circuit.

摘要: A drilling type sidewall coring apparatus, comprising: a main body, a transmission device, a bit mounted on the transmission device, a rack accommodated in the main body, and a plurality of first hydraulic oil cylinders, the transmission device mounted on the rack in a rotatable manner, the first hydraulic oil cylinders mounted on the main body, pistons of the first hydraulic oil cylinders connected with the rack, the telescopic motion of the pistons of the first hydraulic oil cylinders driving the rack to perform radial motion in the main body so as to make the bit protrude or retract from the main body. The electric motor is mounted in the main body and connected with the right angel speed reducer by the soft shaft. The electric motor transmits power by the soft shaft and the right angle speed reducer to drive the bit to rotate, the transmission efficiency is higher.

摘要: An integrated logging instrument for coring and sampling includes a downhole main body and a ground system. The downhole main body is connected with the ground system through a long cable. The downhole main body includes a coring and sampling mechanism, a power mechanism and an energy storage mechanism. The coring and sampling mechanism includes a coring assembly for drilling cores and a pushing and setting assembly for downhole fixation. The power mechanism is arranged at an upper end of the coring and sampling mechanism, and includes a motor, a piston structure and a pump body. The piston structure and the pump body are respectively arranged at two output ends of the motor. The piston structure is arranged to provide suction power. The pump body is arranged to provide hydraulic power. The energy storage mechanism is arranged at a lower end of the coring and sampling mechanism.

摘要: A pushing and jam-releasing pup joint of a formation tester comprises a first jam-releasing arm (1), a first three-way reversing valve (V1), a two-way reversing valve (V2) and a third three-way reversing valve (V4), a withdrawal cavity (Q11) of the first jam-releasing arm (1) is connected with the first three-way reversing valve (V1) which can communicate with an energy accumulation cavity (NQ) of an energy accumulator and the two-way reversing valve (V2), the two-way reversing valve (V2) can be communicated with a pressure oil main line (G2) of a hydraulic system, and an extension cavity (Q12) of the first jam-releasing arm (1) is connected with the third three-way reversing valve (V4) which can communicate with the pressure oil main line (G2) and a return oil main line (G1) of hydraulic system. Jam-releasing pup joint effectively solves the problem of jam release when mud adheres to EFDT and makes same jammed.
