Abstract:
A magnetic memory device includes word lines, bit lines intersecting the word lines, magnetic memory elements disposed at intersections between the word lines and the bit lines, and selection transistors connected to the word lines. The magnetic memory elements share a word line among the plurality of word lines and also share a selection transistor connected to the word line that is shared among the selection transistors. Related systems and operating methods are also described.
Abstract:
A magnetic memory device includes first and second magnetic memory cells coupled to first and second bit lines, respectively. The first and second magnetic memory cells respectively include a pinned magnetic layer, a free magnetic layer, and a tunnel insulating layer therebetween. Respective stacking orders of the pinned magnetic layer, the tunnel insulating layer, and the free magnetic layer are different in the first and second magnetic memory cells. The magnetic memory device further includes at least one transistor that is configured to couple the first and second magnetic memory cells to a common source line. Related methods of operation are also discussed.
Abstract:
A mobile terminal including a main body, a folder body rotatably connected with the main body, a hinge connection part rotatably connecting the main body and the folder body, and a hinge unit mounted at the hinge connection part and configured to variably control a torque applied to the folder body when the folder body is opened and closed.
Abstract:
A mobile terminal having a folder configured for protection against damage to a display module, such as a liquid crystal display (LCD), due to an external impact is provided. Buffering members disposed in various positions between the display module and the upper cover of the folder are configured to absorb an impact generated due to an externally applied force, to prevent deformation of the upper cover, and to prevent subsequent damage to the display module. Additionally, a number of reinforcing mechanisms may be provided to enhance the strength of the upper and lower covers of the folder, making them less susceptible to deformation due to an externally applied force.

Abstract:
A folder type mobile terminal which prevents damage to a display such as a liquid crystal display (LCD), due to an external impact is provided. A display protecting member incorporated into the upper and lower cover of the folder portion of the mobile terminal prevents deformation of the upper cover from damaging the display module. More particularly, support ribs which extend along the circumference of the display module and beyond the upper surface of the display module prevent contact between the upper cover an d the display module and preclude damage to the display module.
Abstract:
A folder type mobile terminal which prevents damage to a display, such as a liquid crystal display (LCD), mounted in the folder due to an external impact is provided. An impact dispersing device incorporated into the upper and lower covers of the folder portion of the mobile terminal causes a load applied to the upper cover due to an external impact, such as that which is applied when the mobile terminal is dropped, to be dispersed to the lower cover. In this manner, the force of the impact is drawn away from the upper cover, adequate clearance is maintained between the upper cover and the display, and damage to the display is minimized.
