摘要:
A dishwasher is provided that includes a washing container; a spray device accommodated in the washing container; an air-guiding channel to generate an air flow; and a sorption drying system to dry items to be washed. The sorption drying system has a sorption container with reversibly dehydratable sorption material, wherein the sorption container is connected to the washing container by the air-guiding channel and wherein the sorption container has an outflow opening. The dishwasher further includes an outflow device that is connected to the outflow opening of the sorption container and arranged in the interior of the washing container such that air blown out from the outflow device is substantially directed away from the spray device.

A method for controlling a filling process of a water-bearing household appliance. The method includes opening a locking arrangement to fill the water-bearing household appliance with water, wherein the locking arrangement is controlled by the water-bearing household appliance; monitoring a fill sensor that detects the water flowing into the water-bearing household appliance; activating a pump to convey the water that flowed into the water-bearing household appliance as a result of the absence of at least one signal from the fill sensor; and analyzing a performance characteristic of the pump.

A water-bearing household appliance to which fluid can be supplied during at least one filling step includes at least one drain pump for conveying fluid out of the water-bearing household appliance; and an overfill protection facility to prevent an excessive water level in the water-bearing household appliance. The overfill protection facility is configured to capture at least one operating parameter of the drain pump and after the filling step, in the presence of a malfunction of the drain pump that can be derived from the at least one operating parameter, to prevent execution of a further filling step.

A dishwasher with a system for filling level recognition may be achieved which reliably determines the fluid level inside the dishwasher without the use of moving parts, whereby the dishwasher is provided with at least one capacitive filling level sensor for recognition of the fluid level of the rinsing fluid contained in the dishwasher, the electrical capacitance of which changes depending on the height of the fluid level. The fluid level in the dishwasher can thus be reliably determined without the need for moving parts and merely by the use of electronic components. The system further permits a non-contact filling level recognition, whereby the filling level sensor and the rinsing fluid do not come into contact.

A ventilation device for the discharge pipe for removing a flow medium pumped to a household appliance. A pipe ventilation valve is connected to the discharge pipe by a channel and comprises a valve body disposed in a float chamber filled with a working medium which is separated from the flow medium and actuates the valve body. The valve body is actuated by transmitting a pneumatic force between the flowing medium and the working medium of the float chamber or between the flowing medium and a sealing surface adjacent to the valve body by means of a pressure medium which is separated from the flowing medium and is enclosed in the channel. The inventive pipe ventilation device makes it possible to avoid a direct contact between the valve body of the pipe ventilation valve and the flowing medium, thereby preventing the valve body from being soiled.

A method for operating a water-conducting household appliance having a storage container which is connected by means of an overflow outlet in a liquid-conducting manner to a washing compartment and having a pump which is connected in the liquid-conducting manner to the washing compartment. The method includes starting the pump; filling the storage container with a liquid; monitoring a first operating parameter associated with the pump after the pump has been started; and terminating the filling of the storage container with the liquid when the first operating parameter reaches a predefined threshold value and/or the first operating parameter exceeds a predefined fluctuation range.
