Each of the components has a perovskite structure which contains silver in A positions and niobium or tantalum in B positions. A composition of a first component and a composition of a second component has respective permittivities TKεA and TKεB. In the ceramic material, temperature components of the permittivities TKεA and TKεB have different signs within a temperature interval.

    摘要: A method of producing a ceramic object includes producing particles of a type A and a type B. Each particle has a dimension of at least 5 μm and each type of particle includes a ceramic material that is based on a mixture of silver oxide, niobium oxide and tantalum oxide. The method includes producing a particle mixture by mixing the types of particles, producing a green compact by compressing the particle mixture, and sintering the green compact.
