Abstract:
The aim of the invention is to simplify and to improve mounting of roller bearings in double roller machines, for example, roller presses for interparticle comminution of granular goods. The rollers and the bearing housing thereof are formed by means of slanting rollers and/or thermal roller longitudinal changes. The rollers are guided in a secure manner on the slide guides thereof. The invention is characterized in that the fixed bearing housing and the moveable bearing housing are connected together via a guide rod in each roller.
Abstract:
The aim of the invention is to design a bulk-material cooler, particularly one for cooling cement clinker, which operates according to the walking floor principle, so that its cooling grate can be composed of a multitude of ventilated cooling grate modules, which can be assembled in an easy and variable manner, in order to obtain large lengths and widths of the cooler. When these cooling grate modules move between an advancing and returning position, even lateral and/or height offset of the guiding elements can be compensated for in a kinematic manner. To this end, the invention provides that the cooling grate, when viewed over the length and width of the cooler, is composed of a multitude of modules (13, 14) ventilated with cooling air. The coupling of the cooling grate modules of each longitudinal row of cooling grate modules is effected by an articulated joint.

Abstract:
In order to create a roller press, particularly for comminuting a bed of material, the roller press having two rollers separated from each other by a roller nip and using hydraulic cylinders to press the one roller against the oppositely situated roller over the material situated in the roller nip, the stress on the surface of the rollers to be reduced and their service life to be increased, it is proposed according to the invention that both rollers are designed as loose rollers that are displaceable transversely relative to the roller nip, the bearing housings of the rollers being supported on side parts of the machine frame by hydraulic cylinders that apply the roller compaction pressure.
Abstract:
A two-roll machine, in particular a roll press, for interparticle comminution of granular material with two rotatably mounted, counter-rotating driven rolls separated from one another by a roll gap. Drive journals of the roll's shaft-mounted gearboxes are shaft-mounted as step-down planetary gear units. A machine table with a table platen is arranged under each of the shaft-mounted gearboxes that can move back and forth parallel to the roll shaft in at least one direction, and three vertically and horizontally adjustable supporting rests arranged in a triangle are arranged on the table platen on which the respective shaft-mounted gearbox can be supported offset-free and aligned with the roll shaft drive journal during its installation and removal.
Abstract:
A tandem roller press has two roll pairs which are arranged next to one another in an axially parallel manner in order to provide a roller press system, in particular for the material bed comminution of granular material, which can considerably exceed previous limits with regard to throughput performance but also with regard to the specific energy requirement. Preferably, common feeding of the granular material and common discharge of the material which has been subjected to the material bed comminution are arranged. A tandem separator device may be arranged below the two roll pairs in order to form two parallel compact milling circuits with a high throughput performance overall.
Abstract:
In the design of a twin-roller machine, such as a roll press for comminuting a bed of granular material, with two rotatably mounted, counter rotationally driven rollers which are separated from each other by a roller nip, and which use hydraulic cylinders to provide a roller pressing force the hydraulic cylinders are arranged in such a manner that they act in each case both on the bearing housings of one roller and on the respectively opposite bearing housings of the other roller with a self-contained system of milling pressing forces being formed without a closed machine frame loaded by the roller pressing forces.

Abstract:
The aim of the invention is to provide grinding rolls in particular for high-pressure roller mills or rolling presses for pressure grinding a granular material not only with a wear-resistant coating but also with a face armour plating in the area of the roller annular edge, which has a long service life due to the high wear resistance thereof and whose production and repair are, in general, relatively simple and inexpensive. For this purpose, the inventive face armour plating consists of a plurality of prefabricated hard bodies which are circularly arranged side by side in such a way that the circular face edge of the roller is formed, said hard bodies are disposed on said circular shoulder of a roll shell such that said hard bodies are placed axially and radially against said circular shoulder of the roll shell and are movably assembled with the roll shell.
Abstract:
In order to further develop a circuit grinding apparatus with a roller mill or roller press for material bed disintegration of granular material and with at least one integrated sifter, where the mill and the sifter are disposed within two stationary side walls between which a material conveyor ring is rotatably seated and can be set into rotation for an internal circulation of material in such a way that the rotatably seated material conveyor ring, which has a very large diameter and rotates in operation, is as light as possible and the rotary actuator is configured as simply as possible, it is proposed in accordance with the invention to dispose around the bottom circumferential area of the material conveyor ring more than two, for example four rolls supporting the ring on the bottom, where two adjacent bearing rolls in circumferential direction of the ring are positioned at the ends of at least one common rocker lever which, in turn, is supported on the machine frame via a tilting joint.
