Abstract: The present invention related to a method for recording a mobile phone call and mobile phone recording system for recording audio from mobile phone calls. An external call is established with the mobile phone. A connection is made between the wireless phone and an audio capture and broadcast device, such as a Bluetooth device. The call recorder application can instruct the Bluetooth device to forward copies of transmit and receive audio back to the call recording application. The internal call can be tagged with an identification. Thereafter, the audio, and data such as SMS and MMS, can be forwarded to a third party database for storage or stored locally for the end user to play back on the phone or transfer to an external device using USB, wireless, or similar data connection.

Abstract: A gaming system installable in a urinal or toilet in which a removably attached pressure and location sensor assembly can be wirelessly coupled to a data server. The data server can include a user interface allowing the user to initiate a gaming session, such as through a touch screen monitor positioned above or nearby the urinal. The data server can collect and store data from the pressure and location sensor. The data server can be coupled to a plurality of touch screen monitors and pressure and location sensor assemblies for providing a multi-user gaming environment. Collected and processed data can be presented in real time on the touch screen monitors and can be stored in a database.

The mobile phone recording system can have an interface that is seamless and undetectable by the user so that the system can be used for covert applications, such as for use by undercover law enforcement personnel, or the system can be used as a business security tool installed on all wireless phones issued by an organization. A call recording application can conference an independent, internal call to the external call via the phone's API, or simply by nature that both calls are using the same microphone and speaker devices on the phone for the audio interface to the user. Abstract: The present invention generally relates to a system and method for recording mobile phone calls for record keeping. The present invention utilizes a software call-recording application installed on the mobile phone to make a direct connection to a centralized recording server utilizing a conference or three-way calling feature on the mobile phone. The centralized recording server can answer the incoming call from the mobile phone. The incoming call can be tagged with an identification. The recording server can then capture the audio and any data and store the audio and data for future use. Abstract: The present invention is directed to an adjustable footwear system to provide varying degrees of tightness in different areas of the footwear before and after the footwear is received on the foot. Abstract: A system and method for 3-Dimensional location of a mobile device in which the mobile device is enhanced with an emulation of a wireless communications beacon, in addition to global positioning system (GPS) location capabilities. To pinpoint the location of the mobile device within the general location, a plurality of devices within a wireless communication range of the mobile device ping each other with the emulated wireless communications beacon. The plurality of mobile devices determined within the wireless communication range can send information to one another in order to supply for example their own unprecise GPS coordinates, the relative distance to any mobile device that responded to the virtual beacon ping of the mobile device and a mobile device identification or alias. The information received at each mobile device can be provided from each mobile device to a central location. At the central location triangulation, quadrilatration, n-lateration and the like can be performed in 3 dimensions using four or more of the mobile devices which provide information about themselves and the three or more others. The central location can utilize topographical maps and data analysis to determine a ground level. Precise locations can be sent to the mobile device or used by aggregating software that could find anonymous, or specific in the case of law enforcement and the such, beneficial.
