A liquid crystal display (LCD) with a built-in touch panel includes an LCD unit, a touch panel and a second polarized plate. The LCD unit includes a lower substrate, an upper substrate, a liquid crystal layer and a first polarized plate. The upper substrate is disposed opposite to the lower substrate, and the liquid crystal layer is disposed between the lower substrate and the upper substrate. The first polarized plate is disposed on the lower substrate and has a first polarized direction. The touch panel is disposed opposite to the LCD unit. The second polarized plate having a second polarized direction is disposed on the touch panel and located between the LCD unit and the touch panel. An intensity of a reflected light occurred in the LCD with the built-in touch panel is relatively low, so that good contrast and visibility are obtained.

The second transparent supporter plate and the touch module are disposed over the first transparent supporter plate. The first transparent supporter plate and the second transparent supporter plate have optical anisotropy. The first transparent supporter plate has a first fast axis and a first slow axis, and the second transparent supporter plate has a second fast axis and a second slow axis. A direction of the second fast axis is substantially perpendicular to a direction of the first fast axis, and a direction of the second slow axis is substantially perpendicular to a direction of the first slow axis. The touch panel of the present invention is helpful to improve display quality of the touch display panel having the touch panel.

Further, the second electrode layer is located between the first dielectric layer and the second dielectric layer. The first substrate and the second substrate correspond to each other and seal the liquid crystal layer. Several pixels are constituted by the first substrate and the second substrate. The optical filter layer is disposed on the first substrate for a first color light to pass through. The color conversion layer is disposed at the second substrate. The color conversion layer has a first color conversion area, a second color conversion area and a passing area in each pixel, such that a second color light and a third color light are produced after the first color light passes through the first color conversion area and the second color conversion area, respectively.
