Abstract:
A method for preparing esters of cyclohexane polycarboxylic acids from esters of benzene polycarboxylic acids makes improvement to hydrogenation of esters of benzene polycarboxylic acids by using a reaction tank having a gas-introducing mixer capable of extracting and exhausting air and stirring to hydrogenate an ester of a benzene polycarboxylic acids into an ester of a cyclohexane polycarboxylic acid in the presence of a hydrogenation catalyst; resulted in that the method advantageously minimizes the operational pressure for hydrogenating esters of benzene polycarboxylic acids and significantly lowers the reaction temperature for hydrogenation while effectively improving the yield of esters of cyclohexane polycarboxylic acids made from the esters of the benzene polycarboxylic acids.
Abstract:
An audio jack connector for mating with an audio plug connector has an insulating housing. The insulating housing defines an inserting hole extended from the front to the rear for receiving the audio plug connector and a recess communicating with the inserting hole at a rear end thereof. A terminal received in the recess has a base plate. Two opposite sides of the base plate extend downwards to form two fixing wings. Two facing contacting arms extend frontward from two front edges of the two fixing wings. Free ends of the contacting arms arch towards each other to form two smooth V-shaped contacting portions protruded into the inserting hole. Each of the contacting portions has two spaced smooth ribs protruded from an inner surface thereof and spreading towards two ends of the contacting portion from a peak of the contacting portion to form a smooth V-shape.

A circuit board connector assembly adapted for connecting two printed circuit boards includes a receptacle connector having a receptacle insulating housing and two plug connectors each connected with the corresponding printed circuit boards and having a plug insulating housing. Two opposite ends of the plug insulating housing respectively define a holding cavity passing through a side surface thereof. The holding cavity is connected with the side surface by a slope. Two opposite ends of the receptacle insulating housing extend downward to respectively form two connecting arms spaced from each other. A free end of each of the connecting arms is bent inward to form a buckling portion. The printed circuit boards are electrically connected with each other by means of the plug connectors inserted into the receptacle connector. The buckling portions can be buckled into and slide out from the corresponding holding cavities along the corresponding slopes.

A receptacle connector includes a housing having a first sidewall and a second sidewall. An inserting hole is defined in a middle position of the first sidewall. A first slot and a second slot are defined in the second sidewall. A first conductive terminal has a first contact arm. The first conductive terminal inserts into the housing along the first slot. The first contact arm extends to the inserting hole. The second conductive terminal has a second contact arm. The second fixing arm and a second bending arm connect the second contact arm to the second fixing arm. The second conductive terminal inserts into the housing along the second slot. The second conductive terminal inserts into the housing along the second slot.

Abstract:
A non-contact power supply device of an electronic lock includes a power supply unit and an electronic lock, and the power supply unit is oppositely provided with a power supply member and a power-receiving member. The power supply member is connected with a power source, able to produce a radio-frequency signal, while the power-receiving member can induce and receive the radio-frequency signal to form electronic energy to be supplied to the electronic lock for operation. Thus, the power supply member and the power-receiving member can carry out wireless signal transmission to have electronic energy supplied to the electronic lock for locking and unlocking a door, able to avoid the trouble that the battery unit of a conventional electronic lock must periodically replaced with a new one.

A method for making a hindered phenolic antioxidant based on Octadecyl 3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate uses a methanol solution containing alkali metal methoxide as a catalyst solution, wherein the catalyst solution is filtered with a filter device with a filter pore diameter of less than 50 μm to remove insoluble matters therefrom before used in a transesterification process where methyl 3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate and 1-Octadecanol are taken as reactants to obtain a crude product of Octadecyl 3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate having high conversion rate and low color, and the crude product further undergoes a purification process for crystallization, filtering and drying to obtain a product of Octadecyl 3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionate having high purity and low color.
Abstract:
An audio connector has a base. The base has a socket passing through a front end thereof. A rear end of the base has a rectangular ring holding trough communicating with the socket, surrounding a rectangular center block, each side of which has a notch passing through the rear end and communicating with the socket. A holding contact has a rectangular fixing frame which includes a base plate, two opposite side plates, a free plate extended from one of the side plates and spaced apart from the other side plate, fixed in the holding trough. A soldering slice is extended from a free end of the other side plate. Substantially middle portions of the base plate, the free plate and the side plates extend towards the same side to form two pairs of opposite contacting arms for projecting into the socket through the notches and clamping the plug symmetrically.

A combination of connector assembly and two printed circuit boards includes a first printed circuit board defining a guiding gap at one edge thereof and a second printed circuit board, a receptacle connector including a receptacle insulating housing and a plurality of receptacle terminals, a plug connector including a plug insulating housing and a plurality of plug terminals. The receptacle insulating housing defines a plurality of assisting channels penetrating through a bottom surface of the receptacle insulating housing in order to communicate with the guiding gap of the first printed circuit board. Each of the receptacle terminals has a pair of contact portions face-to-face stretching into the corresponding assisting channel. Each of the plug terminals has a contact arm stretching out of the plug insulating housing so as to pass through the guiding gap to be electrically clamped by the contact portions of the corresponding receptacle terminals.
