Abstract:
A device for filling and closing disposable bags for containing banknotes comprises a container for the temporary housing of one or more banknotes, provided with side walls and a bottom with an opening for the exit of said one or more banknotes from the container, a pushing piston for pushing said one or more banknotes towards the bottom of the container, a bag made of flexible material intended to be filled with the banknotes temporarily housed in the container, which is wrapped around the side walls and the bottom of the container, a plate which is vertically movable through controlled lowering means and placed below the container, and sealing elements placed between the container and the plate.
Abstract:
A system for the safe coupling of a re-usable bag to a banknote handling and storing machine includes a bag container, having a rigid upper port and a flexible bag permanently fixed to the rigid port, a lid, designed to be inserted onto the rigid port for closing the bag container when the filling operations are terminated, and a bag-holding frame. The bag-holding frame is suitable for being stably fixed to a safe structure of the machine for supporting and hooking the bag container when placed inside the machine to be filled with the banknotes. The system is provided with first coupling and hooking electro-mechanical components between the bag container and the bag-holding frame and with second coupling and hooking electro-mechanical components between the lid and the bag container. The first and second coupling and hooking electro-mechanical components are interconnected with a control unit to enable the respective functions.

Abstract:
An apparatus for filling and sealing bags intended for containing banknotes includes a generally parallelepiped-shaped container, with side walls, a bottom and an upper lid provided with an opening for allowing entry into the container of a bag, made up of flexible plastic film, and of banknotes intended to be introduced into the same bag. The apparatus includes a pair of sealing bars arranged at the upper end of the container and a system for controlling and moving the bars between their respective opening and closing positions. The control and movement system of the sealing bars has a motor for driving a shaft adapted to rotate at least one driving pulley arranged below in correspondence with a vertical edge of the container, a kinematic connection for closing the bars comprised of a combination of cables and tension springs connecting the driving pulley to the sealing bars and a kinematic connection for opening the bars comprised of a combination of cables and tension springs connecting the sealing bars to a respective fixed anchor point of the container.
Abstract:
A machine for filling cash boxes insertable into and extractable from the machine, including internally a portion for housing storage containers containing a cash reserve intended to fill the cash boxes, laterally to said inner storage containers a device for receiving and moving a cash box is arranged, the device for receiving and moving the cash box being equipped with at least means for vertical movement of the cash box between a raised position, adapted for inserting and extracting it into and from the machine, and a lowered position, at a lower height with respect to that of the inner storage containers present in the machine, the device also being equipped with means for horizontal movement of the cash box between the lowered position and a position distanced from it, arranged under the inner storage containers present in the machine.
Abstract:
A device for filling and closing disposable bags for containing banknotes comprises an upper container for temporarily housing banknotes, provided with a bottom with an opening for the exit of the banknotes from the container, a piston for pushing the banknotes towards the opening on the bottom of the container, a bag made of flexible plastic film, intended to be filled with the banknotes temporarily housed in the container, a support for the bag containing the banknotes, vertically movable through controlled lowering means and placed below the container, sealing bars arranged between the upper container and the movable support, and an electromagnetic stop element that can be controlled to lock the movable support with respect to the sealing bars, said electromagnetic stop element consisting of an electromagnet applied to the movable support and of a fixed element made of ferromagnetic material, adapted to face the electromagnet in operative condition.
Abstract:
A system for the safe coupling of a re-usable bag to a banknote handling and storing machine, the system includes a bag container, having an upper rigid mouth, of a flexible bag permanently fixed to the rigid mouth and of a lid for closing the rigid mouth. The system also includes a bag-holding frame, suitable for being stably fixed to a safe structure of the machine, for supporting and hooking the bag container when placed inside the machine to be filled in with the banknotes, is provided with coupling and hooking electromechanical components between the bag container and the bag-holding frame. The lid for closing the rigid mouth is further provided with an element suitable to allow, on command, the banknotes passing from the machine to the bag through the closed lid when the bag container is correctly inserted inside the machine.
Abstract:
A device for the insertion of banknotes into containers in machines suitable for receiving and handling banknotes, comprises a container for the banknotes, adapted to be closed and removed from the machine once filled, and a loading path, diverting from a circulation path inside the machine and ending at said container, for the insertion of banknotes into the container. The device further comprises at least one scanner, placed along the loading path, for the optical detection of images of the banknotes entering into the container and a memory connected to the scanner for storing the images detected thereby.
