Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a battery module comprising a first battery unit and a second battery unit, each of which comprises N secondary batteries, N is an integer greater than or equal to 2, and each secondary battery comprises a first electrode lead and a second electrode lead having opposite polarities. The first electrode lead has a melting point higher than that of the second electrode lead, and N first electrode leads of the first battery unit and N second electrode leads of the second battery unit are arranged to form a layered construction. The battery module has a plurality of connection points distributed in the layered construction, the number of which is greater than or equal to N, and each connection point is adapted to electrically connect one first electrode lead of the first battery unit to at least one second electrode lead of the second battery unit.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a battery module. The battery module includes a plurality of secondary batteries stacked along a thickness direction, a top of each secondary battery being provided with an electrode terminal; and a connecting component provided at the top of the secondary battery, the connecting component being connected to at least two electrode terminals for electrically connecting at least two secondary batteries. The connecting component includes a first fixed connecting piece and a second fixed connecting piece, and along an extending direction of the connecting component, the first fixed connecting piece matches and is engaged with the second fixed connecting piece. The present disclosure solves the problem of the unreliable connection between the connecting component and the electrode terminal.

Abstract: This application relates to a battery module, including a substrate, battery units, end plates, side plates and fastening pieces; the end plates are respectively located on two sides of the battery units in their stacking direction, adjacent to outermost ones of the battery units and extend along a length direction of the battery unit; an end of the end plate in the length direction is curled into a pipe and forms a curling pipe section, an axial direction of the curling pipe section is the same with a height direction of the battery unit; the fastening piece is inserted in the curling pipe section, extends in the curling pipe section toward the substrate and protrudes out of the curling pipe section, and are fixed on the substrate; by configuring curling pipe sections, fastening strength is improved, so as to realize reliable fixation of the battery module on the substrate.

Abstract: The present application relates to a gluing nozzle and a gluing device. The gluing nozzle comprises an inner lined glue nozzle and an outer glue nozzle, wherein the inner lined glue nozzle comprises at least two sub-linings, and the at least two sub-linings are detachably connected and enclosed to form a glue cavity with a glue outlet; and the outer glue nozzle is detachably arranged on an outer side of the inner lined glue nozzle, such that the at least two sub-linings are relatively fixed. The gluing nozzle can solve the current problem that the production cost is increased since frequent replacement of a new glue discharging nozzle is required to ensure the uniformity of glue discharging.
