    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a battery module, including: a plurality of batteries that is stacked; an end plate disposed at an end of the plurality of batteries in a direction, along which the plurality of batteries are stacked; an electric insulation component disposed between the end plate and a battery of the plurality of batteries adjacent to the end plate, the electric insulation component comprising at least one mounting portion; and at least one heat insulation component disposed below the end plate and connected to a bottom of the end plate. Each of the at least one heat insulation component is detachably connected to a corresponding one of the at least one mounting portion.

    Abstract: The disclosure relates to an output electrode plate and a battery module. The output electrode plate comprises a first metal plate. The first metal plate includes a first region and a second region in a first direction. The first region includes a first overcurrent portion and a second overcurrent portion in a second direction. The second region is connected to the first region. The first overcurrent portion is provided with a through hole which extends in a thickness direction thereof, and a projection of the through hole along the first direction does not exceed a projection of the second region along the first direction in the second direction, and the first metal plate is formed with a minimum overcurrent section at the through hole, such that the minimum overcurrent section is first fused when a current flowing through the first metal plate is greater than a preset current.

    Abstract: The present application provides a battery module, a battery pack and a vehicle, the battery module includes a battery and a frame assembly. The frame assembly includes two first splints, two second splints and a first strap. Each first splint includes a plurality of first connecting plates, and the plurality of first connecting plates are arranged side by side in a second direction. One of two adjacent first connecting plates is provided with a first positioning groove, and the other is provided with a first positioning protrusion, and the two adjacent first connecting plates are spliced and connected through a clearance fitting between the first positioning groove and the corresponding first positioning protrusion. This assembly method is simple and fast, which improves a grouping efficiency of the battery module.

    Abstract: The present application relates to a battery module, a battery pack, a device and an assembly method of the battery module, the battery module includes: a battery cell arrangement structure including a plurality of battery cells stacked upon one another; a cable tie, the cable tie surrounding outside the battery cell arrangement structure, and at least including a first cable tie and a second cable tie of different materials; and where at least part of the first cable tie is located on a side of the second cable tie close to the battery cell. The cable tie can have characteristics of the first cable tie and the second cable tie, which improves an applicability of the cable tie. In this case, it is helpful to improve a connection reliability of the cable tie to the battery cell arrangement structure, and to release an expansion force of the battery module.

    Abstract: A battery module is provided, including: a battery group, including a plurality of batteries that is stacked; two end plates, respectively disposed at two ends of the battery group along a direction in which the plurality of batteries is stacked; and a connecting member, connecting the two end plates. Each of the two end plates has a middle section and thinned sections respectively located at two sides of the middle section in a length direction Y. A thickness of each of the thinned sections is smaller than a thickness of the middle section. Each of the thinned sections is provided with at least one strengthened portion protruding from an outer side surface of the thinned section. In the present disclosure, an overall weight of the battery module can be reduced when the thinned section has a smaller thickness than the middle section.
