    摘要: A combined vehicle brake which has a hydraulically actuable service brake and an electromechanically actuable parking brake device. The present invention is based on the problem of improving the known ball screw drives for use in vehicle brakes, of making simple automated assembly possible, and in addition of opening up the possibility to increase cycle times. A spring element of double helical type which is configured differently in sections is provided, in a middle section, that is to say in the drive thread turn, which substantially do not impede the elastically pliable adaption of the spring element to the helically wound drive thread turn, and wherein a bearing section is additionally provided at at least one end of the spring element, which bearing section has an increased transverse rigidity or has it impressed onto it in comparison with the middle section.

    摘要: The invention relates to a cold-formed steel brake piston 1 for a motor vehicle partial-pad disc brake brake pad with a thin-walled structure as a cup open at one end and comprising a base 2 and a wall 3 with a radially outwardly impressed groove 6 in the wall 3 and with a radially inwardly impressed wall projection 7. The invention has the object of providing a further improved stable steel brake piston construction with an improved interface which can be used flexibly and cost-effectively for both large-bore and small-bore steel brake pistons 1. This object is accomplished by making the wall 3 with at least one groove 14 and at least one land 15 at a distance from wall projection 7 profiled in such a way that wall 3 has wall surface areas of varying thickness which are spaced apart from each other in the circumferential direction with a spacing V.

    摘要: A combined vehicle brake having a hydraulically actuable driving brake and an electromechanically actuable parking brake device. In a brake housing, a hydraulic operating pressure space is bounded by a brake piston chargeable with hydraulic pressure medium to carry out normal braking. The brake piston is actuable along a longitudinal axis of the piston, and the parking brake device acts on the brake piston by a gearing converting the rotational movement of an electromechanical actuator into a translation movement and bringing about an actuation of the brake piston in order to carry out parking brake operations and keeping the brake piston in the actuated position. The gearing has a threaded spindle and a threaded nut which are in contact with each other via a plurality of rolling bodies. The frictional moment transmitted by the further axial bearing is higher than the returning torque of the threaded spindle.

An aspect of the invention permits an improved compromise between easier operability, rationalised component logistics in piston production, reduced hydraulic volume uptake in cooperation with the wheel brake periphery, and enhanced fatigue strength under maximum collective stress, in particular for heavy-duty applications of a disc brake with an electromechanical parking brake device. The problem is solved by the presence of a piston wall, which is provided, on the one hand, to sit with a free edge on a rear plate of a friction lining, and wherein the piston, on the other hand, includes an integral dome which forms an open receptacle for an actuator arranged diametrically to the edge of the piston.
