摘要： Vascular expandable devices and associated methods are disclosed herein. An expandable device can be implantable across an aneurysm in a blood vessel of a patient. The expandable device can include a generally tubular structure formed of a plurality of braided strands. Each of the plurality of strands can have a diameter that is 0.002 inches (0.0508 mm) or less, and each of at least some of the plurality of strands can have a diameter that is 0.0009 inches (0.02286 mm) or less. The device can be self-expandable from a compressed state to an expanded state, in which the expanded state diameter is at least 1.75 mm.

The tubular structure can be configured to self-expand from the compressed state to the expanded state.
