Provided is a thermal transfer sheet having a good foil holding property of a transfer layer and a good foil cutting property of the transfer layer. A thermal transfer sheet which comprises a substrate 1, a release layer 2, and a transfer layer 10 which are layered in this order, wherein the interval between the release layer 2 and the transfer layer 10 corresponds to the transfer interface of the transfer layer 10, and the release layer 2 contains an acid-modified polyolefin.

To provide a method for manufacturing a decorated product that enables to easily manufacture a highly designable decorated product; a decorating sheet that can be used in this method for manufacturing a decorating sheet; and a highly designable decorated product. A decorated product 400 is manufactured by bonding an adhesive layer 200 to an image layer 10 side of a decorating sheet 100 provided with an image layer 10 having a thermal transfer image 20 on a supporter 1, and thereafter integrating the decorating sheet 100 with an object to be decorated 300 on an adhesive layer 200 side of the decorating sheet 100 to which the adhesive layer 200 is bonded.

The problem is solved by a thermal transfer sheet (1) in which at least a colorant layer (3) is layered on a substrate sheet (2), wherein the colorant layer (3) contains a predetermined solvent, a colorant (10x) dispersible in the predetermined solvent, a dispersant, and a binder resin, and the dispersant being one or more selected from the group consisting of polyether-based dispersants, graft type polymer dispersants, acryl-based block type polymer dispersants, urethane-based polymer dispersants and azo-based dispersants.

There is provided a thermal transfer sheet capable of being identified by a thermal transfer printing apparatus, as well as being capable of preventing color property changes in high-resolution printing and reducing production cost. The thermal transfer sheet 5 of an embodiment includes a dye layer 52 and a protective layer 54 on one surface of a substrate 50. The protective layer 54 contains an invisible light absorbing material and is provided with an identification mark 55 having at least one of a recessed portion and a protruding portion.

A thermal transfer sheet including a dye layer and a transfer layer on a substrate. The transfer layer has a protective layer and an adhesive layer containing two or more resin components. One of the resin components is a copolymer of a reactive ultraviolet absorbing agent and an acrylic monomer. In the copolymer, the copolymerization ratio of the reactive ultraviolet absorbing agent is in the range of 10% or more and 50% or less on a molar ratio basis and the copolymerization ratio of the acrylic monomers is in the range of 50% or more and 90% or less on a molar ratio basis. The content of the copolymer of the reactive ultraviolet absorbing agent and the acrylic monomer is specified in the range of 50% by mass or more and 90% by mass or less on the basis of the total mass of the adhesive layer.

The present disclosure provides a decorative sheet and a method for producing a decorative molded article capable of producing a highly designed decorative molded article with a pattern printed by digital printing. The present disclosure provides a method for producing a decorative molded article comprising: a step of forming an image layer, by digital printing, on another surface of an elongation substrate provided with an adhesive layer and a peeling sheet on one surface; a step of forming a protective layer on the image layer to produce a decorative sheet wherein the peeling sheet, the adhesive layer, the elongation substrate, the image layer and the protective layer are stacked; and a step of removing the peeling sheet of the decorative sheet, and adhering the adhesive layer and a molded article to integrate the decorative sheet and the molded article.
