Abstract: The present disclosure provides a data transmission method, a device and a storage medium. For first transmission data, a target transmission mode of the first transmission data is determined according to SDT configuration information, where the SDT configuration information is configured by a network device; relevant information generated in a process of determining the target transmission mode for the first transmission data is sent to the network device, where the relevant information is used to optimize the SDT configuration information. Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a basis for the network device to optimize the SDT configuration information, enabling the SDT configuration information sent by the network device to a UE to be more reasonable, and thereby more reasonably guiding and optimizing a next data transmission process of the UE.

Abstract: Disclosed are a flow control method and device, for solving the problem existing in the prior art that a process of relieving congestion of nodes is relatively slow. In the present disclosure, a target node sends, to a second node, flow control information of the target node and/or flow control information of at least one first node; the second node adjusts, according to the received flow control information, the volume of data sent to the target node; if the first node is a child node and/or a lower layer node of the child node, the second node is a parent node and/or an upper layer node of the parent node; and if the first node is a parent node and/or an upper layer node of the parent node, the second node is a child node and/or a lower layer node of the child node. According to flow control information of at least one of the parent node of the target node, the upper layer node of the parent node, the child node and the lower layer node of the child node, the second node can adjust the volume of data sent to the target node, and thus the congestion situation of nodes can be quickly relieved, increasing the data transmission efficiency.

Abstract: A multimedia broadcast multicast service (MBMS) receiving method and apparatus are provided. The method includes: determining a first MBMS to be initiated; determining, according to a mapping relationship, a state instruction corresponding to the first MBMS, and the state instruction is used for instructing a terminal to receive the first MBMS in an RRC connected state or a non-RRC connected state; if the state instruction is used for instructing the terminal to receive the first MBMS in the RRC connected state, the terminal determining whether the terminal is currently in the non-RRC connected state; and if the terminal is currently in the non-RRC connected state, sending an RRC connection establishment request to a network device, and the RRC connection establishment request includes first instruction information, and the first instruction information is used for indicating that the reason for establishing the present connection is to receive an MBMS.

Abstract: Provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure are a TA-based synchronization method, and a device, an apparatus and a storage medium, wherein the method is applied to a terminal device. The method includes determining a second TA between a terminal device and a cell where a target beam, which performs data transceiving with the terminal device, is located; and applying the second TA, wherein the second TA is configured for synchronization between the terminal device and the cell where the target beam is located. The present disclosure aims to solve the problem, in the relevant art, of a time delay caused by the acquisition of a TA between a UE and a target cell by means of random access after the UE switches the data transmission thereof to the target cell, to improve the switching efficiency of a terminal device.

Abstract: An indication method and an indication device are provided. The method includes sending first indication information to a network side when a terminal is in a RRC idle state or an RRC inactive state, the first indication information indicating that UL data of the terminal satisfies a first condition which comprises one or more of: a data amount of the UL data is greater than a first threshold; a data amount of the UL data is less than a second threshold; a data amount of the UL data is greater than a first threshold and a data amount of the UL data is less than a second threshold; a DRB triggering a UL data transmission procedure is configured by the network side.
